A. Harris and Lam (?) were so professional and helpful to me. My husband and I walked in on my 50th bday with 10 min until closing and Miss Harris spent her time with me and showed me several purses which my husband proceeded to purchase. The security guard was also SO very nice and courteous to us. We had an amazing visit to that store. The customer service needs to be recognized for sure! We even received bottles of Perrier and cloth napkins. Not to mention Tiffany colored salt water taffy. I carried my purse in box and bag on the airplane home to Texas where the box and the bag got pretty beat up. When I called and spoke to Lam (unsure of spelling) and explained what had happened to the bag and box, I was sent a new box and bag!!! I am so happy and I do keep my boxes and bags with my high end purses so this meant the world to me! Thank you so much Tiffany & Co. in Carmel!! A beautiful shop and all the people there are so friendly and welcoming. I’ve worked with Clara there over the years and gotten to know her. She has such a commitment to excellence in all that she does down to the tiniest detail. I also bought some small Christmas gifts for family while I was there and she individually wrapped each item, labeled them so I would know which was which, put gift receipts and little cards for each item and even included perfume samples for each item. It must have taken her so long but she did it with a smile. I know what I spent there was a tiny fraction of what the average buyer spends there but she still treated me like I had bought the most expensive item there. I thought the “every day objects” cups I bought were a good value considering they are from Tiffany and are made of bone China. They are so adorable. They look just like paper cups but...

We visited California during my daughter’s spring break and stopped by Tiffany & Co. in Carmel-by-the-Sea. There, we had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Client Advisor, Ms. Meilin. To our surprise, she spoke fluent Chinese!

Meilin was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She thoughtfully recommended earring styles she believed would suit my daughter, making the shopping experience truly special. Thanks to her expert guidance, my daughter found the perfect pair she had been dreaming of.
