When we asked our beloved and trusted realtor for a recommendation on a design team for our new home, she did not hesitate to give her full endorsement to the team at HER Home Design. We reached out to HER Home Design that same day and heard back from the team almost immediately.

The HER Home Design team took quick action and sent one of their specialists to meet and consult with us at our new home about desired colors and plans for our different living spaces. The HER Home Design specialist was extremely professional, asked key questions and patiently absorbed all of our thoughts, ideas and responses and crafted thoughtful recommendations. She offered practical advice on choosing colors, and inquired about the feel we wanted each space to have.

Since we were just moving in, we were willing to be flexible with scheduling, but did share that it would be an ideal dream for us to be able to have our new 3,000-square-foot home painted with a freshened personalized look in time to surprise family members who were coming into town within the week. The team then worked to put a plan together based on our requests and, boy, did they deliver!

HER Home Design then connected us with their team of paint and interior design specialists who did an absolutely masterful job with our spaces while also being friendly and focused on the most intricate details to make sure the job was done to perfection.

It was a pleasant experience the entire time. My wife and I were impressed and assured by the constant and clear communication, rapid follow-up, frequent check-ins and updates on project status, and the attentiveness of the HER Home Design team which consistently delivered exceptional results.

Needless to say, the job was not only done right, but was actually done within our ideal timeframe! We were able to surprise our family members with our new-look home and made a special memory we'll never forget.

At the same time that we have undertaken a home remodel, a family member has done the same thing, without the advice and expertise and professional resources of a design team. What a lesson in the value of having a lead design team for guidance, as opposed to going it on your own. And not just any team! The HER team is so authentic, funny, on point, real and valuable. Keianna and team are able to walk the line between 'tell me what you want and I will help you make that come true,' 'here are some things you might not have considered that I want you to think about,' and 'girlfriend, I am going to suggest you reconsider that idea for these reasons.' I needed to hear all of these things at different times! I have a great design, quality materials that you can't get at big box stores, and a kitchen remodel that came in at cost estimate. Big discrepancy between Services described over phone vs services rendered-very disappointing. Second meeting was to identify materials. Very few materials were selected by the team and lacked function/creativity. When I asked to see more materials they said I would have to pay more money. Majority of 2nd meeting was showing me lack luster photos, not materials and I had already provided inspirational photos at the first meeting. Many details I had mentioned in the first meeting had been forgotten by meeting 2, time waster. Designer I had primarily spoken to was absent for the second meeting and I was not notified she wouldn’t be in attendance until mid meeting. They ask for money upfront so if they fail to provide promised services, It’s at the customers loss.
