August 7th Dropped off Ipad that needed a screen replaced. Was told they would just replace the entire item. We were told it would be ready in 24 hours and they would contact us. 48 hours later on the 9th I called b/c we had not recvd a call. I was then told it is a 3-5 business day process not a 24 hour replacement. Their app just kept stating it was pending repair. August 14 was the 5 business day and I called again. the rep said they received the part on the 12th and they would have the tech call me the same day. No one ever called me so finally on the 15th of August I went in and they gave me the new Ipad. It was still sealed in the box. I complained about the length of time and lack of communication and the miscommunication and their app and the tech said "My Bad". I took the sealed Ipad home and now have a Happy 6 year old. I bought 5 appliances from them, in a new bundle for THOUSANDS of dollars in April 2018. The dishwasher required four repairs in the first year, and was actually completely rebuilt at a higher cost (to store) than if they just repaired it. There were 3 1/2 months of the first year of owning the dishwasher that it was not able to be used as we waited for more repairs. The ice maker on fridge stopped working 13 months after purchase, I was referred to an outside repair business (to repair because I bought the extended warranties). That business A&E factory service, scheduled me for 3 1/2 weeks later, and then 10 minutes before the 5 hour repair window was to expire, they sent me a text and moved me out another MONTH.
