Wicker Works — Local services in Indianapolis

At first, we were shocked by the price of the furniture. We just weren't accustomed to outdoor furniture that is priced above $5000. We were approached by a sales rep who gave us a quick run down of the store and what to expect when looking at the pieces, which we appreciated.

Eventually, we found a set that we liked. We walked towards the rep who engaged us again and started asking questions. I was up front about understanding what the price included because it was higher than I expected.

She responded saying there was a 15 year warranty. I was like, ok let's go over and look at the price again. While walking she said she could have it delivered for free, which I appreciated. We arrived at the set and she proceeded to walk on to engage with another couple who were looking at furniture.

I remember looking at my wife saying, "what is she doing?" My wife told me to hold on. She might have been working with the other couple first and wanted to check on them.

After several minutes, the rep walked away from the couple and away from us. Never reengaging, while we were looking at her expecting to continue our conversation.

We were actually going to purchase the set because I liked the quality and the warranty and my wife liked the piece.

We walked out. The rep didn't even come up to us as we walked along the entire length of the place to the exit.

Just before the door, I said excuse me to another rep and told her to let the other one know that she lost a deal today. The rep I spoke to offered to assist us but at that point, i was too angry to go back.

We will never set foot in there again. My recommendation to anyone reading this - avoid the place! They don't appreciate...

If you have more money than brains, this is the place for you!!!!! Crazy expensive!!!

I saw a beautiful half moon sectional set with a fire table center that truly was gorgeous but not $20,000 gorgeous. This was on sale even, are you kidding me!?!

Someone else's review said "way overpriced Menards outdoor furniture" which actually says a lot about Menards! 😂

Funny thing, I ended up at Menards and bought two beautiful outdoor chairs and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

You can buy a complete set or whatever pieces you want at Menards. Wicker Works doesn't break up sets and most or all were at least four chairs and at least one table.

The furniture at Wicker Works did seem to be high quality and built to last but...... I don't need my outdoor furniture to outlive me so I'll stick with more affordable pieces that I can change out as needed for a...
