On 2/25/23 while shopping at Michigan Rd. location, I found a pr. of Croc shoes listed as $24.99 on a rack with a lot of others of the same variety and different colors. But the rack had them listed as $16.99-19.99. My granddaughter selected black and another Caucasian child selected green. We proceeded to the checkout line about 4 people back from the ones who were buying the green Crocs. After standing in line for a half hour because the store was extremely busy, I started to pay for my selection and was being charged $24.99 for them after having just witnessed the people withe green ones being charged $16.99 for the exact same Crocs. When I protested, the clerk who was waiting on me at register #1 asked the clerk on #8 (who might have been the manager) to check it and they refused to honor the sale price after having just done it for the people before me. This was witnessed by dozens of people because the store was packed. I left without purchasing anything because this was the only item I had stood in line for for over a half hour. Read moreI absolutely loved shopping at this location. I was there in September shopping for clothing. They had a very nice selection! I found a lot of very nice outfits for different occasions. Although, I enjoyed my experience in the store the cashier topped off my experience with her over the top outstanding customer experience she provided! I was in awe because she was still in high school! Chantal A. Felix is her name and customer service is definitely her forte’! I had reservations about a few items and when I tell you this young lady found a positive reason of why I should keep certain pieces of clothing I was questioning if, I needed, and in the end I walked out a happy customer due to Miss Chantel A Felix and her over the top customer service and selling skills! Read moreI stopped by the store yesterday to make a quick return, as I happened to be in the area. At the time, only two cashiers were open, and there were about seven customers in line, each with full carts, so I anticipated a bit of a wait. When it was my turn, I was helped by Yvette. Unfortunately, she was noticeably unfriendly and appeared irritated about assisting with my return, which involved just a single item. After completing the transaction, she tossed the receipt toward me and barely mumbled a thank you.
This interaction was disappointing and not in line with the level of customer service I’ve come to expect at this location. I hope this feedback can be used constructively, as experiences like this can negatively impact a customer’s overall impression...
