Our family has been using local family owned Integrity Automotive’s services for well over a decade at least. They are always honest, dependable, professional, kind and caring providers. A business cannot go wrong acting with integrity and treating the customer with respect, which is exactly what they do, hence the name which they definitely personify. They will investigate the source of the problem, explain options clearly and in detail, plus let the customer know what can be delayed and what is necessary for safe operation of the vehicle. They are upfront about costs. For those like me who hold onto a car until the bitter end, such reliable advice is crucial. It's easy to make an appointment, either online or by calling and talking to lovely folks in person who are truly solicitous and sincerely interested in assisting you. In a recent interaction, I actually stopped by unannounced needing emergency service on a tire that had gone flat due to a nail. They helped me so that I could get to work on time. Their customer appreciation and excellent service is reminiscent of times gone by. As a widow, I value such help and expertise. So ladies, (and gentlemen) know that here is a business you can trust. For example, in July of 2012 I had liquid leaking from the car onto the garage floor. They got me in quickly and found the issue to be leaking power steering fluid. As I mentioned in a 2012 Angie’s List review, the replacement parts alone were going to be $900, so they used their creativity and extensive experience to fix my car for only $143 plus $39 in labor. I have used their services frequently and have posted often to Angie's List. Integrity Auto's service is personable with the customer's best interest at heart. They always strive to do the repairs safely but at the lowest cost to the customer. This use of know-how to serve the client can be contrasted to other organizations where immediate profit is the driver. Good service builds trust and repeat business which is why I'll always be back. I am grateful for...
Read moreThis is an amazing shop!!! I love these guys and gals. I worked here for about 9 months as a learning tech over 10 years ago, and I still come back and I still use what I learned to work on my own two cars. :) Bob and Linda are the owners, and they are good people. I was behind the scenes, and I saw them be honest and fair (sometimes more than fair) with everyone who came in. They and their crew work really hard. Over the years I've taken my car to them for things I can't do at home (alignment, AC, etc), and it is always a reasonable price. One thing I think everyone should remember is that, no matter how prolific motor vehicles are, we are driving a sophisticated piece of equipment that undergoes stresses every day that are so far outside of most of our daily experience. Physics gets weird at ridiculously high rpms, and there are fluid and thermal dynamics to contend with, not to mention how much even the smallest of vehicles weigh (and your suspension has to handle anything the road throws at it as gracefully as possible while carrying said weight). Your engine (if gasoline or diesel) is a set of carefully contained explosions that repeat continually while the motor is running. There are so many parts, so many different makes and models, so much complexity.... Remember to thank your mechanic next time you take your car in. Seriously. ❤️ And remember that it costs a decent amount to keep such a complex machine running. Budgeting for it is wise. And then enjoy being able to get around so much quicker than the majority of humans have...
Read moreAfter this shop completed a front axle replacement on my 2011 Nissan Sentra, my review is that this shop needs a new name. "Integrity" is far from what I experienced.
When deciding whether or not to complete the $1100 repair, this shop only offered to waive the initial diagnostic fee ($75) to scrap it, even though I received multiple offers of $500-$600 from salvage yards.
After the repair process began, I got a call saying they needed a new $400 bracket that wasn't included in the initial estimate. Not only was I able to find this bracket on Amazon for $91, but the repair couldn't have been completed without it being removed in the first place. After I voiced my frustration it was magically removed and reused less than an hour later.
During that call, I was told that Integrity Automotive always strives to "under-promise and over-deliver." Well throughout this repair, they did the exact opposite. By not providing accurate, worse-case-scenario quotes, they over-promised and under-delivered.
I emailed the shop after the repair was completed and paid for in an attempt to make amends, but unsurprisingly, never got a reply.
Notice their reply made no mention of the bracket that they marked up 400%, which was only removed after I voiced my...
