Marc and his people are PHENOMENAL! My fiancé and I started coming to Aronstam because it was up the block and my plain white gold engagement ring needed cleaning (constantly). We had a great experience and decided our wedding bands would come from here as well. Marc sat with us and explained all of the metals and the designs and just really walked us through the whole process. He got to know us, what we do, what we want, and what our interests are so that he could be sure we ended up with exactly the rings we wanted. Throughout the process I ended up asking if it’d be possible to melt down my white gold engagement ring and make it into a platinum band with some engraving on it to make it less obvious when my ring was dirty. Marc said absolutely and then completely blew my expectations out of the water with the final product. My ring is the most beautiful and perfect thing I have ever seen, the best part is he had it engraved to match the etchings on my wedding band to make it look like a cohesive set! His attention to detail and care for his creations is incredible. 10/10 would recommend every time! Can I give more than 5 stars please? Marc created a custom design piece for me in 2012 that exceeded expectations. The design was beautiful, and the craftsmanship excellent. I recently had a complementary piece made by Marc and the original assessed for any wear damage and overall checked and polished. I’m sure there are better technical terms for that work.

Marc’s work on the additional piece was perfect. The wax mold was 11 years old but tucked away in his safe, the sourced stones were a perfect match to his original piece and the combined jewelry was more perfect than I imagined in his execution. The quality check, repair and polishing of the piece I wear daily made it look brand new.
