My 10 year old daughter saved up to buy one of their shirts and unfortunately bought the wrong size. She lost the receipt and we tried to exchange it for the correct size but the staff refused. The shirt is brand new with the tag still attached and was purchased less than a week ago during back to school shopping. I would normally just let it go and call it a day but the staff was very unhelpful and gave us the impression that we were an inconvenience. Well, I got a skimboard and was told that yes it worked with my weight. That same day took it out to the beach with stickers still on it rode twice bottomed out the board both times. Immediately called CB surf shop was told I could come back and get store credit. Sum of the story I was lied to all around about it all.
