Iâm reluctant to write this review, as I really do hate giving negative ratings. Iâve ordered from this company in the past, with no issues, but this experience is by far not a good representation of their service. I ordered some products for a friendâs birthday, but unfortunately the order was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted FedEx, opened a case, and was instructed to contact the sender. I emailed the company and did not receive a response after a few days, called and spoke with a woman that stated the lady that runs the business was not available but would pass on the message. I had passed on the FedEx case number and all pertinent information. Waited a few more days, did not receive a response to my email or phone message. Did a follow up email requesting an update, no response. Called again, did speak with the owner, she stated she saw the email empathized with my situation and because Iâd done everything right she would correct the issue and send out another order. I requested she send it requiring a signature, so she would know that I am not trying to take advantage of her and/or her business. I have since sent out two follow up emails and made another phone call leaving a message requesting a status update. The only thing I have requested is a tracking number so I can confirm the product was sent and fulfill my birthday gift order to my friend. During the two brief conversations, the ladies I spoke to were very pleasant, so please donât characterize this as them having a nasty attitude, quite the opposite. Iâd like to post a follow up review, if and when this situation is resolved, hopefully for the better.
Update: after my third follow-up email where I finally received a response. I called FedEx in regard to the case that I had opened and passed onto the proprietor. FedEx stated the case was closed because the sender needed to open a case and the representative checked and verified that a case had not been opened for that particular tracking number. I asked how long does it normally take to resolve a dispute and the representative stated, typically 5-7 business day. Itâs been over 30 calendar days and a ticket has not been opened yet, unless itâs been done today. My response below, and at this point they can keep mine and FedExâs reimbursement money. My patience has run its course.

Per our conversation, you stated you would make it right and there was no discussion of waiting until FedEx closes/resolves the case. If thatâs how you plan on resolving the issue, then please do so, because at this point the excitement of surprising my friend with a unique birthday gift has passed. Considering that I have already called FedEx and found out that a case has not been opened by the sender on that tracking number, I doubt that the intention is not resolve this matter. So, you can fulfill the order after FedEx settles if you decide to open a case, or not fulfill it and keep the money. Either way at this point, my money is gone, unfortunately!    Read moreI bought from this place about a month ago because a family member was coming back from the military on leave and I had seen them on all of the social medias so I figured we could give them a try. just got the order in today even though shipping was $20 and said 2 weeks max. I emailed earlier in the month asking about shipping information and didn't get an update until the 16th of this month saying they were sorry the order was late and that there would be extras for having to wait so long. I figured they would be worth the money I spent on them and wasnt bothered just happy to get an update....but they didn't even arrive until 2 days after my family member had to go back. So me and my fiance decided to give the three flavors of gummy bears I ordered a try..(we ordered coconut cream pie, tigers blood, and strawberry lemon drop)..you can definitely taste the alcohol. But their texture is like eating pencil erasers not gummy bears, And they are not good. Also there was literally nothing extra in the box after them saying there would be extras.    Read moreThe ladies here were so welcoming! I came close to closing and they still took their time to explain everything they had to me. JâAime herself stopped what she was doing in the back to come out and greet me as well. I purchased several things. I may or may not have tried the Dubai chocolate box (they are BIG) in the car and had to turn around to grab two more for the next day! THEY were still as equally welcoming when I returned! AGAIN CLOSE TO CLOSING!! Oh and the boxes are not pre made and sitting getting all soggy, they make them when you order which was REALLY NICE! They had LAYERS of the strawberries not just one skimpy layer, and they were FRESH!! The chocolates were not TOO SWEET or TOO much of a liquor taste. Well balanced flavors on everything I tried!
