The jasmine milk tea was so fragrant and the perfect amount of sweetness when I asked for less sweet. However, I will say the Thai tea is extremely sweet but when I asked them to adjust it they said they couldn’t bc it came like that so I wouldn’t recommend the Thai tea unless you like super sweet Thai tea. The Taiyakis we’re SO good and freshly made to order. I recommend getting the cheese and Oreo like me to create a balanced sweet and savory combo. Overall, a great locally owned spot. Especially those prices too!!! Spending less than $15 for boba and snacks seems unheard of nowadays so highly...

Not to over exaggerate, but I come here almost every day to get what I called is “Fishy’s” when we all know it’s the TATYAKI (it’s also a bonus living walking distance) I’ve tried almost everything on the menu, everything is just as delicious as you would think it is and to top it off, Sung the owner makes the experience amazing as well! He’s always been so kind and gives samples when ask’s to try even freebies at times! I’ve brought many friends and family here I love this place very much. I’m moving soon which sucks but this will be the only boba place I will be coming to! Great place and people!...

Im addicted to Boba & a friend took me to this place. I have now been going for a few years. The menu has now expanded beyond Milk T’s and include Fruity T’s. Their boba is always fresh & the perfect consistency. Their Taiyaki’s are amazing! They have a few great flavors, vanilla Custard, Nutella, Matcha, Oreo & Cheddar! I have tried them all and they are all Fantastic! The cheddar tastes real and is kinda like a grilled cheese sandwich, they don’t any other sweetness to it so you just taste the crispy waffle outside with cheese inside. I would...
