Spiritually Delighted — Local services in Carrollton

I’ve shopped in this store twice, I go to all kinds of metaphysical shops. And I always drop money on several items. Which was the case this time and the owner of the store tried to pull a fast one on me over 6-7$… she rang up my items and then gave me a price. When I paid her she changed the price and said that it was because of tax. So I gave her $100 and she broke it down and gave me the wrong change. Math is a strong suit of mine and I did the math in my head and informed here that she was giving me the wrong change. To which she replied that it was because of tax… even though the cash register wasn’t changing the price because the tax had already been added. I asked why I was being charged twice for tax and she said that I was mistaken and that it was only once. So I said no you literally just added tax at the end before you decide to change it again. Ultimately it was a 6-7$ overcharge and at this point I didn’t want to make anymore of a scene than what I felt I had already. I decided that the amount she was grifting me for wasn’t worth the energy. But when I got home it was bugging me still so I looked at all the prices of what I had purchased and what do you know… she had over charged me. Which honestly isn’t a big deal… what pisses me off is that she was sneaky about it. And that she tried to come at me as if I was dumb for questioning her. She typed in the final price plus tax and then let the machine add tax again to prove to me I was wrong. When really if she would have rang the items up again instead of just throwing out a final price. It was have shown her as being wrong. I really don’t like it when people try to take advantage of someone and then confuse them. The two times I’ve been to this store I’ve dropped 85$ and 150$. I just moved to Dallas. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. Good character goes a long way. I’ve left 1 bad review in the lifetime of my account. I don’t like calling out small businesses because I was a small business owner. I leave almost exclusively 5 star reviews. But I do not appreciate people who try to take advantage of others. My hope is that this lady isn’t doing this to others. But I’m realistic and if she’ll do it to me then she will probably...

Called to ask a question about the shop, was interrupted to ask if I wanted to buy something, I was interested in purchasing many things and wanted to know if they had services, but the way I was spoken to unfortunately made me feel like I was an inconvenience and a nuisance. At least I found out how I’d be treated before I drove all the way out there to inquire about products and services, Fortunately, she hung up on me, But if I was in the store, I may have spoken my mind about how I was spoken to! A website would be helpful if they don’t want people asking questions...

Yessssssssssssssss 5 ⭐️. The road least traveled is usually the best one. This hold true for Spiritually Delighted! Not many reviews and a tad bit hard to get find BUT once you are there COMPLETE SATISFACTION!! First when you see the hair cut shop slow down, you are there! Next, small room but POWERFUL. You know the saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover” — apply it!!

Lastly, SPOT ON; Adriana was very through with her reading aaaaaaaand she gave me nuggets of information NUGGETS!!! I will be recommending and returning. I almost forgot...
