Many parents were outraged when they closed classes for winter break but still offered camp. They only offered make ups when people got upset and honestly I felt bad for the front desk person with the way parents were getting upset with her. When your closed for three classes it makes it hard for parents to even make makeup classes yet they still charged full price. When the front desk was asked why they gave multiple different answers (ie: They offer unlimited classes in the summer so we can get in extra classes then to make up for it, they have camp and don’t have the staff to also do classes, ext).
