Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Carson City

Never have I been to a Jack in the Box with such poor service and poor attitude employees. I went to order two happy meals for my kids and a order for me and it literally took them 15 mins to make my food. Let me mention there was only 2 other people(customers) inside the building, and maybe 4 cars in drive thru! During the time of waiting for my meal the employees in the back were all talking about there sex lifes and talking with foul language. I though my sandwich was done when they gave to to the gentleman in front of me so I had to wait another 5 mins for them to make my sandwich with cheese. When she gave me my order she apologized but when i got home my sandwich did not have cheese which I had paid extra for. I will never go here again!!! I am a fair person and believe in second chances, but this was my second time and it's very upsetting!!!...

This location used to be fast and friendly. It is now taken over by very rude and obviously racist Mexicans. Left me and my 8 yr old son standing at register for what felt like atleast 5 mins in an empty store. I could see them looking in our direction from the back all while laughing and talking in Spanish like they were all on break or something. I had to call out to them to finally get service and when the woman came over to take our order her smile quickly turned into a frown like I was a inconvenience to her and just crapped in her cereal. There's a lot more to mention about their terrible attitude and horrible service but don't feel like going on about it. So disappointing to see this kind of thing turning into the norm at these fast...

I order 2 of their new double bacon sourdough jack combo. The girl rang it in as some bacon buttery swiss thing. I told her it was wrong and she still continued to ring it in that way. When got my food was not what i ordered and then was asked to see my receipt. Lady argued that's what you paid for that's what you get.... So i didnt want to argue anymore took the food and went home. Burgers were cold (almost frozen) and cheese was not even close to being melted, took one bite ans threw away. The way they handled it was ridiculous. No fixing it and no apology... Nothing but poor service. Will stick to jack in box on williams street. At least they understand customer service and...
