Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Carson

This location by far is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to(drive thru wise) One of my favorite drinks right now is Grande hot white chocolate mocha with only 2 pumps of mocha, added shot, nonfat milk, no whip. (White chocolate mocha, triple,2 pumps mocha, nonfat milk ,no whip)

I’ve tried getting this drink 5 times already on the drive thru they can’t get it right. I know I have to tell them so they can do it right but it’s on my way to work I am not returning to get off my vehicle and take longer than usual. I would understand if there would be a lot of cars or customers but it hasn’t been busy, maybe 1 to 2 cars. What is being done wrong is that they just do a normal white chocolate mocha with 4 pumps of sweetener, 2% milk and they always still put the whip cream, the good is that they do add my extra espresso shot but it’s still bad, it’s too sweet! There’s nothing better than starting your day with a perfect cup of Starbucks coffee, but this place is disappointing. 5 times disappointing in drive thru, 1 perfect cup and 1 bad cup when I ordered inside. What I do now is thank God that there is another Starbucks next to where I am currently staying for business, it’s inside Target, I have to get off but it’s worth it! PERFECT...

Last night, I went to the Starbucks coffee shop in Southbay Pavillion Mall. I needed to meet someone in there. After that, I went to the drive-thru and ordered my dinner. I ordered cheese Danish, sandwiches, and mango dragonfruit lemonade. My little dog was with me, so I asked a young lady that of my dog could have little whipped cream. Then, she gave me the free whipped cream for my dog. My dog really enjoyed the whipped cream. Anyway, I got my food, and first, I tried the mango dragonfruit lemonade. It was magnificent! The remonade was refreshing, delightful, and delicious. I loved it !!! It was the best tasting lemonade, I ever had it before. Then, I tried the sandwiches. It was mouth watering sandwiches. Also, cheese Danish was creamy, sweet and yammy tasting Danish. I really enjoyed all of the food. They were delicious and tasty meals. I recommend this Starbucks coffee shop to everyone. I had a huge order so I made sure I paid for the unsatisfied costumer behind me. I was done ordering and moved fwd just a bit while 2 cars infront of me also moved slightly, lady behind decided to start honking as if the light had turned green (lol) little did she know that my kids ordered some very special stuff and my order when I finally made the window would be a long time ready. Staff was courteous and made sure they got ALL of our drinks right. They also helped me get $ total for angry lady behind me, whom looked angrier by the minute because we were not done getting our "multiple special drinks" the kids and I (in celebration of my birthday) all got our drinks and passed on our good vibes and happiness to cashier and hoped upset person behind us would change her mood after realizing she would not have to pay for her stuff. 📖✍ ps.
