Just last week my boyfriend and i went in just to relax! We decided we'd both just be getting pedicures. An older gentlemen was assigned to me. He was quiet, which was fine because I dont really care for the small talk. My boyfriends pedicure got started maybe 10-15 minutes before mine. Mind you my guy was putting my clear coat on before my boyfriend got out his chair. RUSHED through the entire thing, I decided not to say anything. No big deal. But then he taps my leg and says "all done" i excitedly look down to see my toes and they look like he RUSHED through it. Paint on my poorly groomed cuticles. Toe nails that looked like they only had one coat of paint on them. So of course I had to ask if he could do another coat or pick another color because my toes arent as neat as I'd like, And immediately he sucks his teeth at me. Saying we only do two coats... OKAY? SIR, then can I choose another color? His attitude increases. Extremely unprofessional. At this point his nasty tone has turned me off to him even touching me, so I ask for someone else. They go back and forth blaming the quality of my toes of the color I chose. Mind you I get my feet done on the regular that is a VERY POOR EXCUSE. Finally I decided not to be that girl and chose another color, and he says "I'll put this color on top of the old color. deep breath I muster up the nicest, no thank you, can you please remove the color first. It's just a little messy. And he blows up as if he was doing me a favor. this is when I had to excuse him and remind all of them that I am paying for a service I came to this establishment to relax not defend myself for your employee not wanting to do his job. Needless to say he ended up painting my toes AGAIN. this time taking his time, and actually painting the nail and not my skin. A young lady tried to apologize but then brought up my color choice. I had, had enough at that point. SO I looked at her and said. It wasnt the COLOR he did a poor job and you know it. #endofrant I wont...
Read moreI have been going to this salon a few times. Today will be my last time going. I asked the man doing my nails if he can cut my cuticles, because eveytime I come here they dont do it unless you ask. I noticed he didn't let my nails/cuticles soak to soften them or push them back like other salons do. He cut 8/10 of my cuticles. My thumbs were the only fingers he didnt cut. My middle finger on my left hand was bleeding alot and the only one he noticed he cut. He did apologize several times. But the other fingers did burn especially after I washed my hands. When he was done and I was going to pay, I was surprised to not receive a discount for I had to ask him for something to stop the bleeding. But still charged me full price. He needs to really practice how to cut cuticles. He was nice and everything, but I will not...

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid $76.00 (not including tip) to get the deluxe pedicure and gel nails. My nails are SUPER thick, NOT the color I picked, and overall just awful. I’m going to a different salon today to get them fixed. I tried to say something about the color but it didn’t matter to them apparently. They cut the cuticle on my toe and tried to cover it up instead of apologizing. They weren’t gentle or nice, and I paid an arm and a leg for something I have to go get fixed the day after. Do not go here! It was also super dirty! I used to go to this nail salon in the past when Michelle was working there, but she’s gone and it’s not the same. Save yourself some heartache and go...
