I spend a lot of money at Belks! Mostly online so I occasionally have to return things in store! I was at the Cartersville location today and received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I brought all my receipts but Evon couldn’t figure it out and ushered me around the computer to show me what was on the receipt wasn’t showing up on the computer! Another employee fixed it with one click of a button! I was very apologetic for the hassle! I also exchanged a size 7 shoe for an 8! Evon rang up the size 7 that I just returned and proceeded to roll her eyes when I politely said I wanted the size 8. Then She almost did the exact same thing again! I rarely complain and I hate holding up the line. She was extremely rude and acted like it was somehow my fault! I never received the initial email saying that my order was received and they would let me know when it would be shipped. So I went to the Cartersville store asking why I hadn't received that email right after you buy something? She basically told me it takes 3-15 days. I believe she thought I was asking why I had not received my order instead of why had I not received the first email. When I got home my order was on the front step . There was another order I placed weeks back, where I didn't receive one email. It came to my door, but no emails on it. What's going on? Read moreThis place is way too packed with stuff and you can't find anyone to help you, and when I did, she seem to be pre-occupied pricing items (shoes), one of my item's to teturn or exchanged to actually help me in her department? And that register was closed... I had to walk around the loop, to find a register "opened" to return item's! Thank goodness, the associate was super nice to help me out. Update- I ordered online and did a instore pickup a few day's later, super nice employee had my order in hand and offered that they could have brought it out to me, but, it was so easy to do a in store pickup, Men's department, fairly easy from when you walk in and go to the left...
