My husband and I were approached by Carl as soon as we entered the store. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the products. He was very patient and took the time to listen to what we were looking for and offered so many affordable options that it was hard to choose. He told us about a fantastic deal which had our apartment furnished out before we left the store. We told him we will definitely come back and will absolutely refer family and friends to this location. I can not tell you how pleased we are with the quality and sophisticated look of the furniture. To add the whip cream and cherry on the top, the delivery team (Derek and Sam) were the most professional delivery guys we have ever dealt with. They brought the furniture up to the 3rd floor with so much care and precision; I don't believe any part of the furniture touched the stair rails, the walls inside of the apartment or the floor until they set in down carefully. As a matter of fact, I didn't even hear them enter and exit the apartment as they went down to retrieve the next item and assembled in a surprisingly timely manner. It's obvious that they were passionate about what they do and the company was very well represented by these two young men. I also wanted to say a huge thank you to Colton as well. I have purchased a dinning room set from the before so decided to go back. I came in on Nov 3rd and ordered a living room set from them. Got told they would have it for me by Monday. I called Saturday to verify my furntire was going to be there on Monday. I got told they had 2 pieces and my other piece would be there Wednesday. So i called yesterday to verify that my remaining piece was going to be there Wednesday. I got told they would call me in the morning to let me know what time it will arrive. Never got a call so i called them today around 2:45pm to verify my furniture was going to be there today. They told me it wasnt there yet but i could come between 5-5:30pm to get my furniture. I arrive at 5:30 to find out that one of the pieces they already told me was there on saturday isnt there and wont be there until Feb 7th. So i ask if i can have the table they have in the store for a discounted price becuase he had a scuff on it. They knocked $50 off after i told them i was leaving with all my furniture or i wanted my money back. Communication was absolutely horrible. I had all intentions on adding another piece of furniture to go with my livingroom set and get some furniture for my office. I will take my business else where from now on. Carl was a great sales rep. When me and my husband walked in he immediately asked can we help you. He also asked what are y'all looking for. I told him the complete living room and a dining room table also that I would like it in gray. He asked my budget and I told him and he put that all together for me. I also asked did he have any console tables that would match and he showed me and fit it to my budget as well. They also delivered it to my house. When it arrived I noticed one of the console tables was to big for my living room so I went back and asked did he have anything I could change it for or could he do that and he said sure I can help you with that. They even delivered that one as well and picked the other one up with no extra charge. I even bought an extra recliner for the man cave.
