I went to the store about 7:00 p.m. and I sit outside the door and was smoking a cigarette before I went in because I knew I was probably going to be a couple hours. When I walked in the Hispanic man compliance to the front and told me I couldn't bring my purse in. I was dropped off there by a friend it was waiting on a friend to get there to go shopping with me and I was going to ride back home with her and I told him I said I have to bring it in with me I don't have any place to put it he said you have to leave it in the front then at the registers I said what? He said it was too large I feel like he was kind of put me in the category of a thief or it was a homeless man a couple people that was homeless sitting outside the door I just didn't like being done that way and people treat you like your thief even though you're not. I told him in a white girl that worked there and a Hispanic girl that was working there that if anything was missing that there would be some trouble. I did get my wallet out of my purse, but inside my purse with several pieces of jewelry cell phones a tablet and other things like that the Hispanic man assured me that he would be watching it. But multiple times he was running to the back of the store and talking to people on the phone and talking to people in the store other employees. And then what I don't understand is one of these employees sit there on the phone specially with Hispanic people talk so freaking loud I don't want to hear all that whenever I go shopping I want some quiet some so I can think. But that will not happen at that store just too many employees on the phone talking to people. I ended up spending almost $200 that night. As I was walking out he was standing at the front door and I said see I'm not what you were assuming that I was that's not all the money I had I said my ride got here or I would have spent more but you need a very racist up there. I'm not racist I have a son-in-law and three grandkids that are for Hispanic but the people up there just act like they're better than anybody they are rude I will agree with that there's only been a couple people there that wasn't rude or treat...
Read moreI've been shopping here every week since this place opened, they have some nice clothing and I enjoyed taking my kid here. The atmosphere and customer service however are awful. Recently heard a yelling match between a manager and an employee over scheduling and money. Watched what I thought was a manager behave like an absolute unprofessional mess all around. Turns out she was the owner. Which explains the terrible atmosphere and attitude. I honestly don't run into a lot of rude people and my reviews are 99% friendly and helpful but this owner was unbelievably rude and hateful. I reccomend not shopping or working at this location. I was going to recommend better training for managers but unfortunately a miserable owner equals miserable employees . I don't recall reading any responses to complaints or bad reviews from managment or owners, so I'm assuming if I get one, you'll get to see the most petty and unprofessional response .I'm hoping to...
Read moreBe aware! They allow a live streamer to sell their items in store. My daughter and I loved this store. We frequent it and enjoy our trip out together. I imagine my surprise when we came across a very loud and obnoxious you live streamer blocking the aisles and peddling the clothes off the rack and selling them for higher prices. He block the entire aisle(dresses our fav) and had his camera contentiously filming. It made many other customers very uncomfortable and I saw numerous dirty looks and eye rolls in his oblivious direction. When asked, the cashiers said he was there at 9 am and comes in often. It was 4pm when we came in. The manager said it was ok because he's a "good customer." (Oh lawd! I sound like a Karen!)I'm super chill been in customer service 23 years and never seen such unadulterated entitlement.Good thing he is a good customer because they lost at least 2...
