Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Cartersville

If I could give this zero Stars I absolutely would me and my daughter went for the first time yesterday. Our first trip ever to Chipotle. Was never greeted when we walked in. Walked up to the gentlemen standing behind the counter he said what do you want. I was asking questions and was told didn't know the answers to I was trying to figure out what I wanted he got impatient started slapping his hands on the counter that's understandable some people are impatient. The food on the other hand is a completely different story. It is so dark in there you can't really see nothing. I told the boy what I wanted he started making it I told him I wanted chicken queso cheese when he got to the end he wrapped it up put it in the bag made my daughters after he made our food and we paid for it he let us know that there was no queso dip and the little boy that checked us out walked away from the register when I tried to get his attention to come back he ignored me they both ignored me. Once I got out to my car my daughter and I both gave them the benefit of the doubt they were probably busy that's why it was so nasty and they're not clean but there was no food barely so I bit my tongue bit into my what I thought was chicken was not chicken I have no idea what it was they forgot to put meat on my daughter's food forgot her cheese all she had was lettuce and sour cream sour cream and a burrito that was not even close to being able to be ate. I truly advise the managers are the owners whoever advise your employees to go over what is supposed to be in their place and when they're just bored and sitting around they can always clean. It was very disappointing what I thought was chicken and wasn't by the way at the end of trying to swallow the only bite I tried to take out of my burrito I was throwing up. We have been to this location several times and they are always out of queso. When we ask why are they out we are told because it takes 30 mins to make (well you should have started making it 30 mins ago when you were getting low since you still have three hours left until you close) or be told that the store is out for the day. Why would you be out of a very popular MENU ITEM!!! I have never seen McDonalds be out of fries, or KFC out of chicken. And if it was just once or twice it would be ok, mistakes happen. But when they are out EVERY TIME you try to eat there, then its a management or corporate problem. And then be told very rudely by the “management” that they cant help it if they are busier than they thought they would is why they are out. Well if you are always busier than you thought and you always run out then you need to make more or order more!! Thats they way you run a restaurant. If something is popular and you keep running out then…duh…make more! Then the “management “ tells you to call the “upper management “ and be given a card with a name and the phone number on the card but the number is only for placing phone orders. Thats pretty bad too, don't says its to contact management then to only be a number to place an order for food you don't have. Its a shame you call yourself a restaurant. Im done giving you...

This location is the worst of any Chipotle that I’ve visited. I would recommend anyone steer clear of ordering for pickup, especially if you’re paying extra for double meat, bc you’re not going to get it. Your order probably won’t be accurate either and good luck with your items being secured and not spilling all over the inside of the bag. Half of son’s kids meal was at the bottom of the bag. My daughter’s drink was missing. Paid extra for chicken and steak on 2 bowls (almost $10 extra) and there is no way the portion received was double. My husband was missing his fajita veggies on his bowl and idk what is up with the guacamole that we paid extra for but it tastes rancid and was just a waste of money.
