I wash my big comforters at a laundromat. This one was closer to my place to shop that day, so I tried it out. Overall itâs pretty nice. The washing machines need bleach run through them so they donât have a musty smell. One had dog hair alllll in it and on the outside. The employee was super kind and helpful. I appreciated her assistance.
One recommendation, get the SpeedQueen App on your machines! Thereâs a laundromat a few miles from this one, Washroom by Ingles, that is leading in the neighborhoodâŚclean machines and so on. They use the app, itâs worth the investment. Do away with the cards. Iâm sure theyâre expensive and ultimately they end up earning monies we never spend. Kinda borderline scamish, if you ask me.

The gentleman who greeted me did not even say anything when he got to the counter so I said hey how are you and he took my order. He must have been new so it was ok he wasn't sure how to ring it up. His co-worker was trying to help by asking me what I wanted from the other side of the kiosk, I could not really hear her. Then when my drink was done she just sat it down and didn't say anything. I asked if it was mine and she said yeah. The barrister who waited on me was professional, efficient, asked if I wanted additional items & said "thank you" upon completion of the transaction. (So many don't say "thank you" anymore & say "no problem," instead of you're welcome." I appreciated his manners.)
