Walmart Auto Care Center — Local services in Carthage

Went there during a business trip, and needed new tires before the drive back home. I was walking around the store for about 2 hours before I got paged to the service desk. I figured they had a few cars ahead of me and just got mine done. Well, they inform me that they don't have the lug key to take off my lock nuts. Which were bought from auto one, where I ended up going to buy again. So I sat there another 20-30 min before they finally gave me my keys and said if I could get the key they would do it tomorrow. So I had to stay another night in Carthage. Then I went back the next morning and they tell me it would be at least 3 hours before they could put 2 new tires on. I gave up on them and went down the road. I ended up getting 4 new 80k mile warranty tires with a 4 wheel alignment for under $800, as soon as I walked in Plaza tire in...

The service was so poor. Ridiculous. 1.26.22. 745am. Finally got someone to help me at 811am. And he was going to walk past me for the second time if I had not said something. I didn't say anything & was super polite because I wanted my car to be worked on correctly. Then I get the bill and realize that the cost of the oil filter is not included in the oil change. What? Also, I told them to change any filters that they needed to and I get back the report that says recommended to replace air filter if they didn't replace the air filter... Some gal seems to be running things in...

I only gave a 1 star rating. It wasn't because of the service but for the management. They open at 7 but the employees had to go search for management to unlock the bay doors. It was almost 8 before they did. Had myself and 2 others standing waiting. One guy walked out. Then management left just 2 guys that normally just work on the bays to run both outside and inside. The employees stated this is a everyday problem. I totally understand their frustration. Excluding management, the customer service was great. Get it...
