Stay away from this jewelry store. They are a bunch of crooks. My daughter took my gold jewelry without my permission and sold it to them when she was 16. She went in there at least 4 times and they kept encouraging her to come back. I didn't find out my jewelry was missing until it was too late. She took them my tennis bracelet that had over 30 diamonds on it and was valued at about $3500 dollars. I know the gold couldn't be worth that much and they didn't give her back the diamonds. They knew the value of what they had and probably didn't give her even $100 for it. I know they wouldn't melt down something that valuable for the gold so they may have just sold it out right in there store or maybe they work with a pawn shop. She also sold them a sapphire ring with 8 diamonds, a journey pendant plus my gold chains that were worth quite a bit of money. She sold them my Carolina Panthers charm, a gold pendant with three 1/4 carat diamonds, plus other various items that my mother had given to me. When I realized all of this was missing I confronted her and she told me what she had done. We went to the store and confronted the owner and his mother. He lied to my face and said he had never seen my daughter. The mother said she had come in but they wouldn't take a diamond tennis bracelet. Lies again!!! My daughter said she had filled out paperwork and given them her drivers license so they knew how old she was. They said they didn't keep paperwork on any gold items that they bought. Now isn't that fishy? How do they know what they are buying isn't stolen? I told them I wanted to buy my jewelry back and they said it would have already been sent off to be melted. A lot of this jewelry had expensive stones and they didn't give those back to her. I know good and well that they didn't melt this stuff down. It is as nice if not nicer than what they sell in their store. The owners were very rude to me. I was very upset about all of this and they couldn't care less. Shouldn't it set up red flags if a kid comes in there with over $6000 worth of jewelry to sell? Shouldn't they be wondering where it came from. They just encouraged her to keep coming back. I should have reported them to security but I didn't want to get my daughter in trouble. I would not shop at this store. There are a lot of other jewelry stores in the mall. The worst customer service ever! One of the stone fell of in just one week of purchase! Barely wore that ring after purchase. During purchase they gave the 1 year warranty of refill of stones for free, but after one year $20/stones. Who would ever expect of fallen stones so frequently!! Couldn’t manage time and came to the store a little late, so they fixed the problem. But guess what, there was another fallen stone just the next day i got it back from the store. I should’ve gone to the store right away, This time I went to the store again late, 3 weeks later the stone fell off. I told them “the stone fell off right after I had it on my finger”. The seller said “i don’t live with you, how would I know when this happened” 😳😳😳😳 i mean seriously a seller can say this to a customer!!! I said you should check on the craftsmanship! He said we are no manufacturer, we are seller just like Walmart, so we don’t have the responsibility. Come on, if you are comparing yourself with Walmart, then you should first think that Walmart always takes the responsibility of all the products they sell, they do not blame the manufacturer!!!! Also, when I said you do not expect a new ring to have this problem right away, his reply was “it is very normal, felling/loosing 2/3 stones regularly has 80% probability!!!!!!!
