Do not go here. Do not spend your money as it is not worth it. On my first visit someone was in getting repairs to a messed up mani and pedi. Seeing my nails were already started I couldn't leave. So I stayed. I told specifically that I didnt want thin nails as I got dipped powder. That was far from the least of my problems when I left. After the tech was finished I had one hand barely filed and still nicely shaped from my previous mani's. The other hand, not a single nail was the same shape or length. It was very noticeable.
I called the next day and asked for the owner and was told to call the next day. 2nd day I call and again same thing. Finally day 3, I was told I was talking to the owner. Just to make sure I said oh so you are the owner? She said yes. I then explained the problem and she said she would fix it. I explained i prefer her store not do that and I get a partial refund to have it repaired elsewhere that I had been before. She said ok to come in not a problem.
Once I arrived I found out the owner was never there and employees act as the owner on the phone. They said they fo ot all the time. I told them my problem, showed them the problem and they said no refund. I said not acceptable. At this point one of the males proceeded to yell at me that I was wrong. Meanwhile they didn't realize I knew what they said about me in their native language. When I spoke up they quickly stopped telling me they wouldn't refund me and said they needed the card it was put on. This entire process took nearly 30 minutes for a refund in addition to the entire staff attempting to shame me in front of all of...
Read moreIt makes me so sad about this place. I used to come here all the time to get my nails done, but never again. Iâve just experienced the absolute worst customer service in my life. A shame. Reading more reviews on here about how they only care about money and that is absolutely true. I had somewhere to be, but they took me right back to sit in the pedicure chairs and didnât tell me how long it was going to be. I sat in the chair for over 30 minutes before someone finally came over and filled it up with water. I sat there for another 45 minutes, still with no service, and I began to get my things to leave because I said I had somewhere to be. They said no itâll just be another 5 minutes. I proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes and there was still so sign of someone coming to perform the service. After two hours of sitting around and waiting, I finally left. I understand that places are busy and short staffed, and it wouldnât have been a problem if they were up front and said âitâs going to be an hour waitâ like every other place does. Instead, I sat there for two hours, waiting, with no indication of how long it would be, and left with no service. The people working there didnât seem to care at all, and they were very rude to me. Like I said, this was such a surprise because I have been in many times to get my nails done and ever had a problem. I am so appalled at the customer service and the way they treated me there. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are so many more nail places in the area with people who respect you,...
Read moreThe staff at Nail Time do an amazing job on manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails as well as gel nails (when I want to splurge and get the best). I first went there on the day of my wedding in Raleigh. I'd been to another nail salon the day before in Cary on Kincaid Farm Rd. I believe was the street. One day later, the day of the wedding, one of my nails they had just done lifted off. I was a nervous wreck. Being new to the area I didn't know who to turn to. Someone recommended Nail Time and Tina fixed my missing nail. She said my nails looked very thick and not shaped well for my wedding and she would remove them for me and redo all of them as a gift. I didn't have time that day but she did fix the lost nail and matched the nail polish the other salon had used. Since then, I always went to Nail Time when I was in Cary. I've since moved about 60 miles away but have never found any salon anywhere in the Raleigh area that is as good as Nail Time.
They are all very pleasant and the pedicure chairs are the most comfortable I've ever set in. They give my feet and legs, below the knees, a wonderful massage that is included and is akin to foot reflexology massages that I've paid far more for alone. My feet feel soft for weeks. My toes look beautiful and they get rid off cuticle build up on my toe nails that I didn't even realize were there without any discomfort whatsoever. Their prices are very reasonable too. I don't often take the time to post such lengthy recommendations but I believe Nail Time deserves the recognition for their...
