El Rinconcito de la Michoacana — Restaurant in Casa Grande

We went to get fresas con crema and a verduro this past weekend. The first thing I dislike was their customers service, they are not friendly, when you have an establishment at least you can greet your customers, ask how they are doing, smile a little and wear gloves when preparing the food. Second, the prices are ridiculously high for not a very tasty product. The fresas con crema didn't have enough fresas for almost $7 before tax, and the verduro was the worst ( I attached a picture of it) the chicharrón base was super skinny, the minimum ingredients were charged extra: $1.35 for avocado, $1.35 for cueritos, this place also charges for using your card, and even tho the sign says $.50 cents, they charged me $.60. it's the principle that bothers. The sad bad part is that we drove almost 20 minutes to this place for the first time and it was a full disappointment, I should had listened to the previous reviews. I will be keep going to las fresitas, where they are friendly and prices are about 4...

Good location next to the movie theater and next to the steak restaurant but otherwise a little hidden and far from the main road. We love coming in for paletas but unfortunately they did not yet have any (“soon going to have”). Still can never go wrong with a fresas con crema. Their cream was a bit under-sweetened but good strawberries. We also got a mango shaved ice with strawberry cheesecake ice cream - I wished I remembered the name.

I’ve been coming here since forever and every-time I come it’s a wonderful experience. Me and my boyfriend recently went right when they opened without realizing & they gave us excellent service & food! They warned us it would take a min, we said it was totally fine and they made sure it came out perfect. Which I’m glad cause some other places would more than likely rush then who knows what happens.
