I just moved to town from Wisconsin so I don't have a stylist here, and I had to take a chance off reviews online.... I asked the stylist I ended up with - Elyse, to keep the length and same style just a fresh trim as I am growing it back out from a shoulder length inverted bob, I just need a trim for my maternity/holiday photo session I have planned. Like i said, I had an inverted bob that went just past my shoulders about an inch.. i hadnt cut it almost 4 months since i got original cut that just touched my shoulders. It was long enough i could put ALL of it into a ponytail for reference. I somehow I walked out with a stacked bob that took off over 5 inches from the front AND back. I was too terrified to go back based on the other stylists work while I was there and I never was able to speak to a Manger or owner. Even though the other stylists did mention how much we took off. I had to reschedule my photo shoot and spend another 75$ on a cut somewhere else just to end up with the Worst shortest cut I've ever had....

I will just tell my experience: In 2015, I went to Myla de Franco salon to do Brazilian Blow out. She confirmed that it last at least 4 months and 6 months as maximum, when it comes to my hair, I am not cheap and usually I trust the stylist. Anyways, The procedure took 3 hours and I paid $420 ( twice my car payment). She tried to sell the shampoo and conditioner set for $200 and I refused because I contacted their distributor directly and sold it for me for $100 including the Serum ( 3 items). After exactly 1 month and half, my hair started to get frizzy again and the curls came back. I contacted the salon and I did not hair from them, then I tried again after I wrote a comment on Facebook, she messaged me and I sent her my phone number and my name, again I never heard from them.
