I went to this practice to establish care as PCP and was having trouble with my right eye. Possibly scratched my cornea. I was prescribed antibiotic ointment which after 2 1/2 days wasn't working and seemed to aggravate my eye more and made it itch. Stopped ointment and contacted the office ,as I had been told to do if I was having any problems. I figured it was a sensitivity issue and just needed to change medication.I relayed this to MA whom I spoke to expecting the next call to be that I was getting prescribed different medication. Instead I was told to go to urgent care. I should add that I do not have insurance and paid $125 for establishing care only to be let down . Plus I had to pay for Urgent Care visit to get antibiotic for my eye changed which is something she could have done and referred me to an Opthalmologist. I am a nurse with 36 years of experience and this is definitelynot what I expected. This is a lack of follow through on her part as a practitioner. Very disappointing experience. Dr. Architect is the best GP ever. She is extremely personable and cares about you and your personal goals with your health. Awful experience and please BEWARE!!! This practice and its terrible "Doctor" were the worst experience I have had in my life. The "Doctor" is a family nurse practitioner and not an MD. I felt her only focus was selling unnecessary injections for a young healthy individual who was simply looking for a regular PCP. Her staff appeared to despise her as she was rude and condescending to them. She was rude on the phone and the office staff don't seem to know what to do and will not correctly process your insurance, although they accepted the insurance when you first arrived.
