This review is for the Starbucks only. This experience was bad today. The girl at the register gave me a very hard time for asking to remove the cheese from the breakfast sandwhich before she heated it up. Which I have never experienced a problem at any Starbucks, wanting without the cheese. Also, I ordered the coconut iced machhito but asked for no white chocolate sauce and no caramel drizzle instead asked for mocha sauce and caramel syrup. Every other Starbucks have zero problem with this. I ordered two. After the baristas asked me twice to clarify they still made my drinks wrong. The lady told me she added the caramel drizzle and was like oops and after I told her I can't have the ingredients in the caramel sauce she seems actually be peeved and actually took a spoon and removed the top layer that also included the a lot of the mocha sauce and added more ice and handed it to me. I'm allergic. This is unacceptable. Instead of asking her to make the drink again how I actually ordered it and explained twice when asked I just let it go and dumped it out. I ordered in the drive thru, I pull up to the window, I say hello, she ignores that and tells me my total. I let her know I have a free drink on my card and I also bought an egg sandwich... she scans the card, turns back and says "4.81 left do you want to reload".. I again explain that I had a free drink, she then stares at me, turns around with an attitude and say "ok " and gives me a thumbs up... I'm like, ok then... she then hands me my drink and I tell her again, "have a great day".. she again just stares at me like she heard me then just completely ignored and turned away again with attitude.... Every person they've seemed to have hired in the past 3 months are just terrible. ZERO personality. ZERO care for what they do. We have lived in 7 states over the past 10 years and to say I’ve patronized my fair share of Starbucks and coffee shops- that’s an understatement haha. This Starbucks is hands down the best! Why?? The people, specifically Kayla, the Store Manager. She is the most amazing, beautiful, kind person and she runs her business with so much joy and energy. There’s a reason her location is teaming with business. For me, Starbucks is my modern-day Cheers. Kayla was literally a stranger 4 months ago and to have her now feel like a friend is truly unbelievable! She’s kind to my kids and she works so so hard! Her team is also so wonderful and create a personal experience. Can I just put two tea bags in a cup at home? Yes. But I want the connection and convenience and a community feels.
