We have been a massage envy members for almost 6 years and it is just not working right anymore we don't feel the same customer service as what we had during our first year 3 yrs.
We didn't even thaught about purchasing a massage chair not till we saw the FL store at the outlet. Honeatly, I just want to try them and run away LOL..
We were welcomed by Alex and offered us if we want to try the chair. He first introduce us to KOYO 303TS then Brio Sports. The thing I loved about Koyo is it's compact and how the hand positioned. Then Alex showed us the Brio Sports after I told him our story about ME and my chronic pain. I fell in love with it's stretch and sports massage feature which opens up your chest but I was still torn between the 2 brands that me and hubby even went back of forth between the 2 chairs. We had a fantastic experience in store, we didn't feel rushed or anything. He went above and beyond in helping us choose the perfect chair in explaining every dits of it and being transparent.
We ended up purchasing the Brio Sports, having purchased a premium piece of furniture he knows that we have high expectations for the bucks. He set us up and the chair was suppose to arrive in Feb but for our supprised it arrived 4 wks earlier.
I did the jump to it as soon as the delivery guy left. I am 5'2, dependent on technology and not knowing that I can adjustment the postion after the scan. The machine keep massaging my head instead of the neck so I emailed Alex saying that i think the sensor is broken and wanted to replace it with Koyo. Alex responded fast and he explained to me what I was missing. So due to user error, the problem was solved quickly and this Brio Sport is still #1.
Alex exceeded these expectations in every way, proving that this company not only produces a fantastic product, they back it up with incredible customer service. Great company, and...

At first I thought it was one of those stores like relax the back. I didn’t realize it was a chair store. We were greeted very warmly and were invited to sit in a chair. Omgosh! My wife and I were in the store for over an hour. We tried three different chairs. Cliff schooled us on every chair we tested. Cliff was great to talk to very knowledgeable and personable. Longer story short 😜 We ended up purchasing a chair, due to Cliff being super knowledgeable about his products and the performance that it did for my wife and I. It’s now been about three weeks since we have had it. I must say it’s one of the best investments we have made for ourselves.
