Worst location ever. From the assistant store manager to the employees. They can’t take an order right or keep the flow of the store. You have to wait forever in store for your order while a bunch of high school kids playing around to mess up your order. Where do you recruit your employees I’m just curious? Today when I walked in to redeem a free order from the order they messed up from last week (someone decided to give me a box of rice without any dishes), there is this young African American man, who clearly has no interest in working, while me watching him wrote down all my orders on the containers in stead of dishing it up while taking the order, he messed up my order again! Then instead of getting my a new container, I have to painfully watching him to slowly scoop out the wrong dishes back to the tray, with rices all of it, I’m sure the next customer will appreciate his kong Pao chicken is covered up with white rice. And this is at 11am when they first open! How do you take the right order when you mess it up right in front of the customer! This young men was raving about the fresh order they just cooked, while 90% of the fired rice is uncooked. The store Assitant manager Matt felt the need to remind that I ONLY get two free entrees while I ordered 3 plates, god forbidden that I want to pay for the additional one plate!?!? Actually, I rather not have to come back to any of your free order if you didn’t mess up my drive through order to begin with. How about for a fair trade? Read moreI generally don’t like to complain but my experience at this location was terrible. I hadn’t eaten anything all day and came here for a quick dinner. When I showed up a customer in front of me who seemed to be friends with one of the employees bought a single portion of black pepper beef with rice and was basically given the entire tray despite only paying for a single portion of black pepper beef. So, I politely asked if there will be any more of the black pepper beef available, to which they responded yes, so I waited for a bit and came up to go grab the remaining portion of my meal, and this guy hands me this abnormally small container with like 4 pieces of beef in it. I said directly, why are you not giving me a full portion, referencing how this is like 2-3 bites of food and my other entree clearly had more and I was basically told, “That’s the portion size. Take it.” by a manager or assistant manager that happened to be the same employee serving me (and his friend) initially in the line. So I took it, and as I was sitting down I watched this guy scoop almost all of the black pepper beef into a styrofoam bowl and start eating it on the job. I got ripped off so he could eat it without even paying basically lmao. Everything else was fine, I just have a problem with that one manager. If any company reps find this, it was Monday the 17th of June 2024 at approximately 7:00pm. Dear Regional Manager
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received at this Panda Express location. I arrived at the restaurant approximately one hour and fifteen minutes before closing time, only to find that there was very little food available. When we inquired about ordering multiple entrées, we were told there was little to no food left.
The situation only worsened when the staff requested that the cook (Asian) prepare more food. His visibly irritated and unprofessional response—displaying a frustrated expression—was completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a higher level of service, particularly in the final hours of operation when food should still be readily available.
This experience is not reflective of the standards I have come to expect from Panda Express, and I wanted to bring this to your attention so that corrective action can be taken.
