I tried to do the survey online from the bottom of my receipt but there was a technical error so I am hoping the right people see this as I want to recognize Dillon, my cashier today, as well as Kathy. I had a piece missing from a lamp I was buying. Kathy was so sweet to go and try to find the piece in back. Sadly, she couldn’t find it but i so appreciated the effort she made in trying to “right” the situation. While I was waiting for her, I had the absolute pleasure in speaking with my cashier, Dillon. What a respectful, professional, kind and mature young man! The way he carried himself was exceptional! I have 6 children/bonus children, 5 of whom are boys, ranging from 15-34. I am confident that all my children act this was with adults when in public…. It was so refreshing to see it in this young man as well! As a mom and a middle age woman; it just warmed my heart to see how well he handled himself with a customer. I hope his parents get to see this review as well as his managers! Disorganized & lack of Sales

I recently visited this store and was overwhelmed by the shopping environment. The store's inventory management is subpar, with overcrowded shelves that appear hazardous, as heavy items seem ready to fall off at any moment. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find no sale items or discounts available. The store's layout is also poorly designed, with extremely heavy items, like plant decorations, precariously perched on shelves, making it difficult to navigate the aisles safely. Josh, the sales associate, was incredibly helpful and understanding. I was having issues with my car, and a family member had just undergone surgery. It was a hot day, and I needed to work on my car. I asked if it was okay if she hung out in the store and chilled on the couch. He said yes, of course! I didn’t need anything, but I appreciated her hanging out for 25 minutes.
