I love learning and hearing about history. Especially from within my own country. Angie and Barb were great tour guides and explained a lot about the history of another amazing town built in America. Was so happy my family and I found this tiny hidden treasure, in the heart of this great country. It does not cost anything to visit here, and you gain so much more. Please offer donations if you plan on visiting. It helps them keep our history ALIVE for our children. Angie and Barb🥰, your new friends from Jersey. The Lindberg Trial town

Came across this gem while exploring downtown Castle Rock! With my husband being employed with BNSF, any train depot tour is a must 🚂. The history that this little building offers is incredible. The gentleman at the museum was full of interesting facts and very friendly. We can’t wait to go back when they change their rotating exhibit to the flood!

My brother and I went on the historic ghost tour put on by the museum. It was very fun to hear tales about the town while walking around town and to be able to explore the museum at night. Everyone was very nice. I think this would be a fun stop on a trip through town!

Everyone in the Castle Rock area should check this place out at least once! The Castle Rock museum is definitely worth a visit. Tons of history about Castle Rock and the area. All the volunteers are friendly and very knowledgeable. It is housed in the original Rail Road Depot with graffiti on the walls dating from 1875. Many interesting artifacts and pictures. They have a walking tour of Castle Rock led by the volunteers that tells you about the town, buildings and ends at...

This was the 1st historical site we visited when we arrived in Castle Rock. Our docent was very informative and she was very knowledgeable about the area/residents and their historical events. What better venue ,to house historical memorabilia , than the depot that was central to every event in Castle Rock. We truly enjoyed our time in Castle Rock and highly recommend it if you are...
