Not happy with the quality of the ring sold to us. Ring was purchased late March for our engagement. A month and a half later a diamond is missing. Great thing we purchased warranty coverage. The Don Roberto Jewelers representative took my ring to have the diamond replaced and the ring inspected. She stated it would take one week to have it fixed that they would call us.. A week passed by I called in and it was not ready to be picked up. They called us a month later to notify us ring was ready to be picked up. Finally! I had my engagement ring back. One week later same diamond is missing. Did the same process and promise time of a week was given. It has been more than a week of waiting for a call to pick up my ring. It is only been about 3 months of owning our engagement ring but only have had the opportunity to wear it for less than two months. If this is occurring in 3 months working in an office. The Cathedral City Don Roberto Jewelers helped size a new watch by removing a few links from the band. I happened to notice they carry a good selection of Citizen watches ---my favorite brand-- and others watch brands also. I will have to come back here for my next Citizen watch. Karina was very kind while showing me new watches and also helped me find diamond post earrings in my budget range.
