La Michoacana All Natural — Restaurant in Cathedral City

Seriously worst service ever! My family and I went to get specific items, 2 icecream cups, 1 chicharron preparado and 1 Chemis. First the cups were way to small, second the people there need to be properly trained because they didn't know what they were doing and speak louder also a chemis is made with fruit and icecream not fruit and cream. Also a chicharron preparado it's made with cabbage not lettuce and it's supposed to be dice tomato and some avocado wedges not pico de gallo. I just walked away and never coming back. I might not own a business but I do know how it is supposed to be run. Rosa is a blessing of a human being in her caring kindness & her customer service is BEYOND exceptional! She was SO patient with all of our questions & was knowledgeable to answer all of them with a gracious smile (the entire time). The ice cream was absolutely delicious & I look forward to the ice cream bars we took home for later. We will be happy to visit this store for a treat at every given opportunity. ...I hope Rosa will be there to be the smiling beacon of light & joy that she is to add to the delight of our visit. This bright and light place feels very clean. Service is friendly and there's a ton of selection with many different flavors offered. I don't know how it's different, but it tastes different than other ice cream, in a good way.
