Recently bought a pre-owned roadster from Carvana. LOVE my new car. Driving around listening to my favorite CD on a hot Palm Springs summer day and BAM the CD player ate my CD. Called the dealer. No fix.

Started searching around and found Pacific Sound. Spoke with George. He had the Sony head unit I was thinking about and walked me through all my options. We set an appointment and a couple days later I dropped my car off at 10am.

George called me at 3pm and told me my car was finished. Took an Uber over and there was my car at the front door waiting for me. Stopped and looked inside and couldn't have been happier. Wow what a great job. My new Sony looked amazing.

Saw George, told him great job and paid up (they are a little pricey).

Since then, I've been blown away how great my new sound system works and sounds.

I took my 2002 Cadillac STS to Pacific Sound to hopefully diagnose and get my OEM Bose stereo to work once again after it completely died on me. The previous day I was told by the Cadillac dealership that a minimum of $155 was required just to look into the problem with no guarantee of correcting the problem. The manager and his installer spent 30 minutes going over every connection, found the problem and corrected it. To my utter astonishment they said it was a simple fix and there would be no charge even as I insisted to pay something for their. time. This kind of service is unheard of these days. George installed my new complete sound system and speaker's and upgraded my navigation system in late Jan but unfortunately I kept having connectivity issues with my iPhone. No fault of Pacific Sound and George. I went back several times for him to try to fix it. He even offered to switch my Alpine to JVC. Which he did at no cost. I did not like the JVC so he was able to switch it back to Alpine. He worked on it at least four or five times me coming back-and-forth. He was so patient and kind.
