Mark with the bad skin was so rude when I last went in to revivals and I haven’t been back since due to his horrendous customer service. The second I got to the counter he gave me the nastiest look and attitude I don’t know if he was having a bad day or a bad life or if he was just upset at the fact that I was “interrupting” his conversation with his other co workers but the second he began checking me out he started tossing the items he scanned to the side. He then asked if I was a student for a discount and when I said yes he rudely stated I needed to show proof. At the time I didn’t have my wallet so when I told him I did not have my wallet he began to scold me saying “I told you last time you needed it” to which I replied “I hardly ever come to this revivals and I’ve never even met you” to which all he replied to was “ok” again with such a nasty attitude. I’ve only ever been to this revivals two other times as it’s very out of my way and will not be returning because not only was I treated like a child with absolutely no respect from a stranger while pregnant but when I called to complain I was refused the opportunity to speak with a manager. Avoid this place at all costs the employees seem to think they run the store and can do whatever they want for a charitable...

First of all, I'm not a major thrifter - if anything, I am a donation queen. But, there are times when I want to rescue something old to use for a project, and a thrift store is the ideal place to find that sort of thing. I was on the hunt for old teapots to be made into hanging planters for a friend, so stopped in to see what may be on the shelves. There were lots of shoppers there and plenty of staff on hand, with this kind of positive buzz going on with customers oohing and ahhhing with delight as they found some treasure for a bargain price. Yes, the prices here are very good; designer and vintage items not being sold anywhere near their value. It is a huge store with lots of merch, and organized very well. I found about 10 teapots, but passed on them because they didn't have the look I was going for. But I will be returning to scan the shelves again because Revivals gets the best donations from high end estates and...donation queens like me. And the profits go to a great cause - AIDS charities...

Update 2022-10-23; Pretty much the same. Lots of stuff to look through. Nice staff but not enough to run the registers and help customers. I found a couple of things that I had been looking for, so I was happy. Overall, a great place to visit. Save the world by reusing stuff others stopped using thus extending resources.

Update 2022-05-30: Same as usual. Browse around and you can always find something that you want. Today, casual t-shirts. Very nice second hand store. Always something interesting to look at and buy sometimes. Definitely need to drop in on a...
