Mattress Showroom Cathedral City — Local services in Cathedral City

First lets sum-up going to 'Mattress Firm' and 'Banner Mattress' which are both within one mile of this place.... The first one of them (with the feeling of a dirty car salesman) told me 'you can't get anything today, soonest you can get anything is by Wednesday' (it was Monday)... This didn't work as we were into town one night, had to leave town again the next day.... The second's website said anything before 2pm could do same day delivery.... so we rushed to this store next (it was 1:45pm).... He called their warehouse and they said that because the times on website 'were for the Inland Empire'... HE actually needed to place his order before ONE pm for same day delivery... not 2pm. So their Website is a lie.

With no hope we wandered to Mattress Showroom, and thank goodness we did. Jim was a friendly face (not sleazy at ALL) saying 'You know what, if you need it for tonight.... I'll make it happen'... and he did just that.

Wonderful customer service, and it makes sense that they've been in business all this time with great standing.... All future purchases of mattresses will be happening with JIm... He made our day.
