I've been coming to this taco bell for 6 years. I've ALWAYS had my service dog with me. I Asked that they open the restroom to wash my hands, a employ did. As I was, another employee came in with the door still open, yelling at me to get the dog out and isn't allowed. She was about 17 years old and I'm 54. I nicely said he is my service animal and I've been a customer longer than she's worked here, she told me she didn't care and now she doesn't have to service me and I was a liar that my dog wasn't a service dog. She then demanded too see "PAPERWORK" she also demanded what kind of" TRICKS OR THING'S HE DOES" I thought in my head, I can not communicate with this uneducated, disrespectful little girl so, I asked her to get her manager. She replied and putting her hand on her chest, looking at me as if I was stupid to ask such a question, she replied" I ÀM THE MANAGER AND IF YOU DON'T GET OUT, I'M CALLING THE POLICE" Wow, I was thinking what a shame, her customer service skills and attitude are definitely -0 . I can't even give it 1 star. Needles to say but, Iam, I called the taco bell by my house and spoke with that manager Maria, she handled it quite well and she should be given a raise. I was quite pleased . She should be a trainer for all taco bell restraunt s with a pay raise. The little girl with gross dusreoect should be let's go as an employee of taco bell to learn a valuable lesson. That girl was not wearing a name tag and told me she didn't have to tell me her name. I told her that's fine, that her character stands out loud and truly shines off her that people who come there regularly, I'm sure gas already given her a name and probably should ask Gud to help her correct herself in becoming a nice young lady....
Read morewhen i went in there was no line, no one in the entire place. the cashier was taking a drive through order, then went away to another register to take another drive through order. i stood there no one acknowledged me, a female employee was wiping the serving trays. finally she looked up, asked me if i had been helped. replied no, she immediately apologized and took my order. i was going to eat it, the order was given to me in a bag, opened the bag and it was completely wrong. there was someone wiping the tables, i went to call her, however it was clear that she had company that was more important than the customer. its amazing that two taco supreme and two bean burritos added up to $10.00. i was looking forward in dining there but after this experience i wont be coming back. fyi cardenas market on ramon road has a monster taco, your choice of steak, chicken or carnitas with chips and guacamole for $2.50 its a huge taco and one is a...
Read moreEvery time I have gone which would be a total of four times, I have had the very worst customer service I have ever experienced by far. Twice I have walked in and waited 25 plus mins to even get a word from an employee that of which is a I'll be with in a moment. (Never knew a moment was 15 mins or more) on a slow day. To order a freeze that takes 25 mins to make. Another time I stood waiting so long to even be acknowledged that I finally decided to leave. the fourth experience was drive through, there was a feeling of being ignored by the the guy, he didn't get our order right, I feel like a robot would have had more personality and interest in what we were saying. The one and only thing done right was the kindness of giving us our drinks in the large we had ordered without charging(which I know he did only because he was in a rush for the one car behind us. I'll never...
