My husband and I went out for a date night here. It was a little busy, but nothing too crazy. We were able to be sat right away. We looked at the menu and decided on what we were going to order. It took the waitress a little while to get to us but we're patient people so no big deal at first. Then we ordered our food when she came. The food also took a little while to come out, but when it did, it was really good. I got the filet mignon and my husband got the margherita pizza. The sauce that goes over the steak was really tasty. After we finished eating, we wanted to order dessert but the waitress didn't come back to our table for a LONG time. When the busser came to refill our waters, we just ordered it with him because we had been waiting so long. The dessert came out in a timely manner. When it was dropped off we asked for the check immediately because we weren't sure how long it would take to get it. The waitress was nice and seemed knowledgeable about the menu but the service was slow. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and it seems like all of the servers work both indoor and outdoor at the same time. I think that can cause a delay in service and not allow the guest to have good experiences. They should assign tables by section so the servers aren't running around the entire restaurant and neglecting certain tables.

We had been hearing from friends about this restaurant’s great happy hour, so we decided to try it out and we were not disappointed! Happy hour goes from 3:30 to 7 PM (one of the longest around). You have to sit at the bar to get the happy hour menu, and seating at the bar is limited, so expect to wait a bit on busy days. The happy hour menu is great, with many options for snacks, pizza, salads, and entrees. Portions are smaller than the regular menu (a bit), but a salad and entree were still as much as I could eat. I had the eggplant Parmesan, which was excellent. (The happy hour version is served without pasta). My wife had the salmon with pesto pasta, which was also very delicious. The drinks came out quickly and the martinis were ample enough! We had an amazingly friendly and attentive server, and she really made our evening wonderful. She brought us a complimentary glass of Amaretto and some biscotti after our meal, too! They have live music on some evenings. This restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, but if you have a seating preference, I would recommend making a reservation. We will definitely return here again!

This place was great! Was able to dine inside via reservation. Rack of lamb was cooked ABSOLUTELY perfect. It came with some mint jelly? that was far too strong for me, but if you like mint, I'm sure it was great. Gf got a chicken dish with white sauce and artichoke hearts and enjoyed it! We got a few mixed drinks, they were done to perfection. Had the tomato, basil and mozzarella app, was different, but good. The oil they drizzled on it was a bit over powering. Everything came out as ordered, correctly and hot. At the end of our night, before leaving they offered a complimentary biscotti? and 2 different shots of flavored liquor - was a great finisher! Wasn't hungry enough for dessert, but this was just right. It says, "casual" dress, but I showed up feeling underdressed because the place is so beautiful!

Last night, I ordered a meal to go. I ordered the “Build Your Own Pasta” and chose mussels and clams with penne pasta, but I wanted to switch the sauce to a pink sauce or “vodka rosé sauce without the bacon.” I understand that my order can be confusing and it can be handled differently every time. I’ve had where the chef refuses to cook it that way, where there’s an extra charge, and more. I’ve been flexible with however the establishment wants to handle it. But, they always found a way to accommodate. But, last night was the worst. First, the hostess was trying to charge me for two separate plates for my one plate. Then, she says, “Yeah, we can’t do that.” with no alternative. Then, I suggested if I could JUST have the sauce on the side. I ended up ordering my plate plus the side of sauce. They told me that it would be ready in 25 mins (I get there in 35 mins). When I went to pick up my food, I waited an additional 15 minutes because the food was still not ready. That’s when I noticed the check. I was charged $18 for a side of “vodka rosé” sauce! $18!!!!! That is ridiculous!!! Especially when the “vodka rosé” plate was $18.95, which included pasta!!!!! And I was never ONCE told about the cost of the sauce!! THEN…. Before I left, I checked the order. I was missing an entire meal (fettuccine chicken Alfredo), and the hostess informed us that the chef missed it on the ticket. So, I had to wait another 15 minutes for the chef to make the forgotten meal. In that time, no apologies were made, no accommodations, nothing! Prior to posting, I tried contacting them through email, but it automatically blocks you when trying to send one. It’s been very frustrating!!! After all this, I left them a $15 tip ONLY because I had to pay before I got my meal. I just want to make this clear. This review was based SOLEY on customer service and...

While in Palm Springs we certainly love Trilussa it is just a very nice place to go and have an early dinner and enjoy great Italian food we kind of treat it as a little getaway they open around 4 we're usually there by 4:30 and we have had many of the things on the menu I want to tell you they do have a tortellini carbonara that is spectacular so delicious we generally send the plate back completely clean their bread that they deliver to the table is what you would expect from an Italian restaurant with exceptional bread they also serve a nice little dipping sauce which consists of extra virgin olive oil a little bit of Basil a little bit of olives and it is also delicious be careful not to fill up on the bread. Manicotti Bolognese is a delicious dish a nice hearty meat sauce over a perfectly cooked manicotti which is a tubular noodle stuffed with ricotta cheese filling another one of our favorites at Trilussa they have a Wood-Fired stove which produces pizzas which you can order almost any way you like we like to order a pizza which is basically White it's basil mozzarella cheese anchovies and olive oil with a sprinkling of Parmesan on top what a wonderful pie. Another one of Trilussas great dishes is there lamb chops cooked to perfection served with a fresh lemon and the succulent flavor of the Lamb is a wonderful treat trilussa also has entertainment 6 days a week we are not shy during the entertainment so we have had on occasion dance the night away at Trilussa we truly enjoy this restaurant when in Palm Springs and we generally make it there often give Trilussa a try I think...
