CCBC Suite #21. Hi. I am Sterling's Palm Springs Massage. A couple of days ago I had a double outcall massage at the CCBC resort! It had been a couple of years since I had been there last...I do 98% of my work at my studio in PS. CCBC always had it own massive parking area...they used some of that space to build a club/restaurant and it looks impressive... from the outside. It was two weeks away from their grand opening. My clients were in suite #21. CCBC has a central grass lounging area that rises and their suite is at the top with an entry patio area with furniture. The main room had a clean zen masculine feeling. The floors( not really sure what is composition of it) was dark charcoal linear and a grey sectional couch facing a large plasma screen. It had a cozy feel yet an open feeling to the room. I set up my massage table in the master bedroom. It has french doors looking out to the patio. The room had a small table, large bed and a big plasma screen TV streaming! At the finish of the massages I washed my hands in the master bathroom. I was amazed at how rich, masculine and super clean this bathroom was! The fixtures, chrome and glass kind of all flowed together in amazing tile display. There were a couple of dark tones & even gloss black micro tiles on the wall. The floor had rectangular grey porcelain tile. Nothing like a new awesome bathroom with a deep walk in shower with super clean glass everywhere. I had a mini coke from the kitchen refrigerator. The kitchen area was also new appliances and counter tops nicely done. Suite #21 gets five stars.

After being stranded 4 hours from home by the person i came with, it took a while to find a ride home, bus doesnt allow pets so i had to pay someone 300 to come get me. Check out is at 11 my ride was arriving at 4, Even though i just paId 700 for 3 nights off season with mostly empty resort and not good weather, i wasnt allowed on property unless i bought a $25 day pass and had no pet. So they charged me 75 for a half day room rental. Even though i explained my situation, the cost i was paying for the ride home, ride on their way and just paid for 3 nights... they couldnt do anything to help in an emergency. Granted not their problem, its my fault for sllowing my anger to make decisions with out researching altwrnatives. However i would think (at least if i owned a company) an establishment would want to help those who spend money there and in a situation. I wasnt asking to stay in my room free, just wait on property with my dog instead of on the curb. Now the place is off season, dead, a workday and not the best weather. So if you decide to stay at CCBC, beware, emergencies or unexpected situations are not welcomed. Ill include a pic of my dog, doesnt bark, very well behaved/trained and small.

Been here a few times now, always nice, friendly people, always someone I give you a helping hand, I always enjoy coming here. Keep the all over tan. First time visit, solo, day pass, checking in was easy, friendly staff, place looked nice, pool was refreshing, went on a Monday so small crowd, I'll go back on an event day, laying out, all over tan, I'll be back for sure,

Cathedral City Boys Club aka (CCBC) has changed and not for the better. The "resort", as it calls itself, is fairly large and has a nice pool and a couple of hot tubs as well as other spaces that cater to their usual crowd. They have been updating the rooms this last year and are not yet finished. The updates are OK, but not anything to that would cause a hike in the rates. The grounds and the amenities have been changed and the "updates", or should I say eliminations, are not what the customerws are liking. They have raised their rates to over $400 a night for a standard room that should go for $250 - $300 a night. I had a cancellation that occurred during the COVID crisis so they put my ~ $650.00+ on a resort credit to be used in the future. The weekend that I finally chose to visit, they applied my credit and since I chose to stay 3 nights, my additional was $489.xx additional. That made my total for 3 days at $1100. I could have stayed at the Ritz for less than that!!!||When I arrived on Friday afternoon there were only a handfull of people (10 to 14 people) staying there. They have 44 rooms which range in accommodating 2 to 4 people per room plus a couple for full kitchenette suites that accommodate 6 to 8. They also sell day and evening passes which had previously been a big draw for people who wanted to be on the grounds along with special events and night parties as well which usually draw a sold out crowd.||The Friday that I arrived there were only 4 cars in the lot when I parked. On Saturday, there were only 10 cars there. Normally the parking is using an overflow lot just to the east of the place. They have a "restaurant" on site with only a few tables, 10 or so, mostly outside. They do take out so on Saturday I went in to order a meal at 7:30pm and was told that the kitchen was closed. The posted hours on Saturday were Noon to 10 pm. ||The staff were friendly, and courteous as always. Unfortunately I doubt I will be staying there again. The place could be so much more, but I fear the current owners are driving the place to an eventual closing. They have forgotten who their customers are and That is...

Its important that it be known that DREW AT THE FRONT DESK IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE BY FAR AS HE HAS INTEGRITY, INTELLIGENCE, MANNERS, GOOD PARENTS OBVIOUSLY, A CLUE, AND KNOWS HOW A BUSINESS SHOULD BE RAN (HE DESERVES A RAISE AND A PAT ON BACK)…..however then there is ROBERT……aka…the mistake hire…..bless DREW’s heart as he had to train the mistake. Tonight I spent almost $100 for an 8 hour pass. After spending a very wrong amount of money here…I still was given uncalled for disrespect and with unprofessional manner by ROBERT. While I was waiting for my credit card to process in their machine….a young customer came into office asking for quarters for the vending machine which they said they did NOT have change for him. I spoke up and told the kid I had change and could help him but instantly ROBERT rudely cut me off and told me “TO FOCUS”…. As if he was my abusive parent or someone who had the right to tell me not to help another human in need. I was in shock and extremely offended and my positive joyful night ripped into shreds. ROBERT continued to speak to me like this and be a gross horrible human. I thanked the 3 men and before entering i looked at ROBERT and reminded him that I was very kind and nice to him and that I did not appreciate how he treated me and spoke to me. He gave me a childish look and he purposely did not buzz the door for me making me turn around and look at them again before doing what I just paid almost a hundred dollars for. I did nothing at all to be treated this grossly. I was kind, mature, happy, tried to make them smile and yet ROBERT FAILED NOT ONLY AS A GOOD CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE BUT AS A MORAL GOOD HUMAN BEING! I LIVE MY LIFE BY THE GOLDEN RULE…..I RESPECT OTHERS AS I WOULD WANT THEM TO RESPECT ME IN RETURN….||DO NOT EXPECT RESPECT AT THIS BUSINESS!….EVEN IF THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
