This review is SOLELY on how I witnessed an employee, an older woman with glasses, run up to a group of Hispanics who, from what I can tell, weren’t causing any issues other than playing indoor soccer. All I know is when she sped walked passed me, she said in an aggressive tone “since you can’t seem to understand me, you have 4 mins to exit!!” Most blatant racist comment with the aggression behind it is simply uncalled for. My child was there at a soccer clinic and I had to bite my tongue, bc I did call it for what it was, blatant ignorance. My first time there, my service animal was allowed. The second time I was met a wonderful woman who disregarded the importance of service animals. She told me that pets weren’t allowed, even though I told her multiple times that my dog was a service animal. She twiddles her thumbs on her phone for a few minutes and then tells me, “next time don’t bring her because our poster says no pets allowed and I’m the manager,”. I hope whoever owns this company checks this woman because God forbid she made me keep my dog in the car and something happened to me while I was in there. The management is awfully trash. The lady in charge cares more about power and her own selfishness than the welfare of the business. I'm not sure if the upper management is well aware of how badly she runs her operations but will be reported soon. My team brought 3 games a week to this facility which aren't going to happen anymore because she refuses to do business. We will gladly take our business to Sofive. We are allowed to use the small goals, but she doesn't allow us to use them. Makes it very hard to rent a field, you have to call her and negotiate a price rather than having a fixed price on a...
