Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

This has got to be the WORSE place I've been to in a long time that I gave all 1-stars. If I could give 0- stars I would have. My cousin and I went in, NEVER GOT A HELLO, the cashier was the rudest,most ignorant,nasty I could keep going. So as we are telling her what we want bcuz she still hasn't said CAN I HELP YOU"" ( NOTHING CAME OUT OF HER MOUTH ) We finished ordering our food. I ask for mine to be cooked well done and to have meat sauce on it as well as extra cheese & pepperoni.( WE BOTH ORDER THE PERSONAL PAN PIZZA ) Well we come back in bcuz and AGAIN not 1 employee said Hello?, May I help you?, Are you here for pick up/place an order? NOTHING* So we sit down and wait to see if anyone will acknowledge us! 5 minutes go by, employees are walking by us not even making eye contact, 10 minutes go by 1 employee goes over to the soda machine and grabs 2 sodas n shoves 1 in each jacket pocket and nope still don't look our way **** So After 15 minutes I finally say to one of the employees could you please tell me if our pizzas are ready sir. He just looks at me and nods his head. Still NOT GETTING A WORD OUT OF ANY OF THESE EMPLOYEES, NOTHING He goes over to the over where they store the pizza, looks at every pizza until he gets to ours. He pulls them out brings them to us. I look at mine it's absolutely WRONG* I proceed to tell him and he just walks away. My cousin payed for a soda but wanted to get it when we picked our pizzas up. It took another 5 minutes for someone to come around the corner so she could get her soda and still no COMMUNICATION FROM ANY OF PIZZA HUT EMPLOYEES** NOT A HELLO, NOT A THANK YOU, NOT A HAVE A BAD DAY , ABSOLUTELY NOTHING........ My cousin ate hers and I ended up throwing my pizza in the trash....... I will never ever visit this place again. IF PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC THAN MAYBE THIS ISN'T THE JOB FOR THEM. scroll to the end for a condensed review I'm only giving this establishment 1 star because I HAVE to. I was done with this place years ago but now I will NEVER spend another cent. The cooks are lazy and throw crappy pizzas together cutting them any type of way and the cashiers SEVERELY lack customer service . I ordered a PAN pizza , half cheese/ half veggie lovers. What should have been an easy order turned out to be a disaster. Upon arriving home, the pizza did not taste like pan, rather a hand tossed pizza (which I hate, hence why I didn't order it ) First off, as a former pizza hut employee, the pizza was not 100% proofed which means the dough isn't as high and fluffy as it should be giving it a different look and taste . In addition, my half cheese , half veggie lovers was not that. Whoever made it needs to take a third grade math clas. And Isn't it protocol for you all to open the pizza box and check the order before the customer leaves ? Well no one did that and had they done their job, I would have never paid for it. I sent my husband back for a remake and the manager Lindsay was absolutely USELESS. If you need to call your supervisor over a $7 pizza then you don't need to be in any type of authority position. EVEN SOMEONE WHO WORKED THERE SAID TO MY HUSBAND THAT OUR PIZZA WAS NOT 100% PROOFED AND SHE WOULD NOT EAT IT. HELLO?! After speaking with the manager Lindsay letting her know I was a customer of YEARS, pregnant , hungry and dissatisfied she still was no help whatsoever and would not remake my pizza. I told her OK fine, and requested a refund. She declined to do that as well. So in the end , I have a pizza that was incorrectly and nothing to show for it.

I have had issues the past three times I ordered from this location. The first, I had a pick-up order that had been burnt when I arrived so I had to wait in the store while they made a new pizza. Not so bad, so I order here again for delivery at a later date and the pizza takes double the estimated time to arrive. I wasn't given any notice that my food would be late or offered any apology for the wait. I tried one more time today and again my pizza arrived much later (40 minutes) longer than the scheduled arrival. This time I called the store after it was 20 minutes late and the woman who answers tells me it was sent out the door on time, so basically it took 40 minutes for the pizza to get delivered from the store to my house. Needless to say the pizza was not hot when it arrived, and the toppings were burnt. I would not recommend ordering from...
