I had some unexpected car trouble on the freeway while heading to visit family, so I searched for the nearest auto parts store and found this O'Reilly’s location—and I’m so glad I did! The customer service here was absolutely outstanding.
They had a scan tool available to check the "check engine" codes, provided a printout, and had everything that was needed in stock. Thanks to their help, we were able to make the repairs and get back on the road safely and quickly.
A special shoutout to the cashier who assisted—he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and hands-down gave the best customer service ever received at an auto parts store....
