First off I wanna say I like this place. I was just very confused by my order today. I got a cup of tomato bisque which is very good and it was supposed to be a half a grilled cheese sandwich but they gave me a full one. You could see it’s just a piece of bread and two pieces of cheese. This was almost $16. I didn’t order anything else. I would still come back here, but I wouldn’t get this because I feel like this was ridiculously overpriced. This was the most expensive kids meal lol

First time trying. Walk in, menu has impressive diversity, I get excited. But when I got served my food, I was shocked at how skimpy the portion of meat was. Everything tasted great... But for nearly 18$ I would expect to walk out of here feeling full. Not even close. Will not return.

Went at off peak hours and it was the most mediocre sandwich I’ve ever had. They put about half the ingredients on it you see in any of the pictures and up charged me for chips for some reason, even though they’re included in the meal. For $15, just go to Jimmy John’s.

Came in for the first time on 4/24/25 cause it was recommend by a friend we arrived at 1:06pm and order our food shorty after that, we sat down and waited for our food to be made. Around 1:40 I asked a lady working if she knew how much longer for our food cause my friend had to be back at work at 2 and a blonde older lady came and asked what was in our order, I told her it was a Caesar wrap and a chef salad, by 1:50 I went up to the cashier and asked if we could just get a refund cause we literally didn’t have time to eat anymore. A short skinny brunette girl which I’m assuming was the manager on duty came and asked how we payed i said with cash and she informs me that it shows that I payed one order with a debit card I tell her again that we payed with cash and it was only one order we didn’t pay separate, she kinda rudely replies and tells me it shows separate on her system so she was gonna have to refund it separately, refunds one then realizes it was the wrong order and then finally finds our order and refunded our money, didn’t even gave us an explanation of what happened or were apologetic about the situation, we finally left at 1:55 and left not only disappointed but with no food, empty stomachs and kinda mad about the situation and how it was handled. We work in the service industry as well and try to be very understanding about things that can go wrong but definitely need to train your staff on better costumer services, if one of the employees would have came to us apologize and told us idk maybe that the ticket got lost and food would be out asap it would of been a different story, but not being acknowledge at all...

Went into store around 8:15 with my girlfriend and ordered dinner. We were told initially we could not get anything grilled. We ordered and sat down. There were 2 others that came in not long after we sat down. We got our food and one was incorrect. That was rectified. However, both my girlfriend and I along with the other two ladies were in the restaurant eating when the manager came out to tell us the lobby was closed. This was about 8:30. By the way, they're but supposed to be closing until 9. The ladies took that as they were but asked to leave so they left, but we continued to eat. A few minutes later the manager came out again and told us in case we misunderstood, the lobby was closed and we needed to leave. This was 8:40 ish. Still not supposed to be closing until 9. I asked for my girlfriend to be allowed to finish. He says we had 5-6 minutes to finish. We finished and left. First off, if you're closing early you need to post it. Don't serve people if you're trying to close. Make sure that you tell people you're serving for to go only. Let patrons know you're closing. If people are eating, don't tell them they have to leave. Lastly, if you're not going to be open when you say you are, you need to change it so people know you close earlier. I have been a loyal customer at the Parkkand Plaza East Bay Deli for some time now. It WAS a good place to go after a good workout at the gym If this is his I can expect to be treated, I think I'm taking my business elsewhere. I recommend others...

My boyfriend and I went in to enjoy dinner together last night at about 8:15pm and were informed that the grill was closed. We ordered our sandwiches and sat down. Two more people came and ordered there meals and sat down. Our sandwiches were brought out, mine was incorrect- they corrected it. The other two people received their food. As they were taking it out of the to go boxes, the manager came out to inform us that the lobby was closed and he had locked the front door (this was about 8:30 but they are open until 9pm). The other people closed up their to go boxed boxes and left. We had already started eating our dinner. A few minutes later he came back out and let us know that the lobby was closed in case there was any misunderstanding from earlier. He gave me 5-6 more minutes to finish eating. I do not want to go back when I could not enjoy my food or company and felt rushed to...
