I’m so happy Amanda just switched shops and didn’t stop piercing! I had a manic moment and wanted a new piercing on Saturday when I seen her post on the blog shop that she’s at Cedar Tattoo now. She was able to get me in same day and of course, she did an amazing job as usual. With her it’s not just about the piercing, she goes above and beyond in her job. She takes her time and doesn’t rush the piercing, and she doesn’t rush you! She treats you like family.. It makes any fear you have go away. I don’t know how, but she makes you forget all your nerves. She’s the only person I will let pierce me since I met her! She’s done my daughters ears in the past, if you have kids and want a piercing, take them to her! Most people rush you and usually get crooked piercings cause of that and the kid moving. Not with her! She takes the time and makes both kid and parents comfortable. Jokes around with them and makes them trust her. My daughter asks about her all the time now! I took her with me on Saturday and Amanda remembered her too! She gave her a huge hug and visited with her before doing my piercing. She’s genuinely a good human being and a talented piercer. Amy repierced my eyebrow a year ago, and it was an amazing experience. Since it was a repierce, she massaged it so there’d be no bleeding or painful scar tissue. She poked exactly through my previous marks. Last week I messaged her asking what size she started me with so I can change my jewelry, she instantly noticed by my picture what size I had and that I should go down to 8mm. I bought a 10mm to change into thinking she was wrong because 8mm seemed too short, but nope, she was darn right, 10mm was too long and this 8mm is perfect. This healed so nicely, it didn’t hurt changing my jewelry at all. But when I went to Mack’s to change it earlier this year, they needed 2 people to attempt it, made it swollen and bleeding, they couldn’t even tell my sizing OR get a taper through. I had Amy Amanda pierce my 5 year old step daughter’s ears on Saturday. My step daughter was so nervous But, Amy Amanda was so good with her! She was so patient! My kid was moving and jumping around and crying before hand but by the time she pierced her, she was laughing and said it didn’t even hurt. Amy Amanda talked to her like they were best friends, like she has known her, her whole life. It was so cute! If you have little ones, i HIGHLY suggest going to her! We were all impressed. I know it takes a special person to work with little ones and even more when it’s little ones that you know you have to hurt to give them what they want.
