First-time diner. Great food and wonderful story! Four chefs (who have "day jobs" during the week) have reinvented a previously-closed "arcade cafe" into a space where they showcase a rotating international menu every Friday and Saturday evening. Reservation required, as is a sense of adventure ("Where is it? Is that the place? Really?") Lovely restaurant. The chefs poor their heart and soul into this place and it shows in their excellent and varied cuisine. They are friendly and love to socialize among the guests. Reservations are tough to get, but it doesn't hurt to call last minute as we were able to get a table. The chefs explained to us that the reservations are needed because they drive to Vegas to their specialty supplies for their weekly menus and base their purchase in the number of reservations. This place is ha-whacky in a great way. They offer a very unique experience by doing weekly menus from around the world with well executed results. I'm especially fond of their Ramen.
