I wanted to leave a review for Cole. Call works at Harbor freight in Cedar city Utah. No matter what I need or when I call or when I go there the man is available to help me. He is the most knowledgeable and one of the kindest people that I have met and Cedar city. I don't even go to Home Depot no matter what I need Because of their customer service. They will not answer their telephone and there's never anyone available to help you there. But from time to time harbor freight may not have some thing that I'm looking for. But I will go anywhere to avoid going to a Home Depot. But if you want some honest to goodness Friendly dependable service go to the harbor, freight and Cedar city and ask for Cole. He will do his absolute best to help you and he has never ever let me wrong. Thank you harbor, freight, and thank you Cole. You deserve something very special. I live in Saint George and went to purchase a Brauer Vacuum, the largest and most powerful. The Washington store didn’t have the vacuum in stock, Cedar City had the model I needed. The clerk told me she could order the vacuum and have it on the following Monday. Here’s where the problem began. I had a 20% coupon that Harbor Freight wouldn’t honor if the vacuum came on Monday. I said I’ll pay for the vacuum that day and just pick it up on Monday. The response, we can’t do that. As a result, I had to drive to Cedar City to get the vacuum and 20% discount. Cost me a quarter tank of gas. Not sure who came up with policy. I’ve spent a lot of money over the last several years at Harbor Freight. Figure it out or I’m done with...

I normally have not had any issues with Harbor Freight, however a recent purchase of a generator has prompted this review. I asked the attendant at the time of purchase what the return policy was for the generator. I have had issues with generators purchased in the past. The attendant said if The generator was not working properly I could return it for a full refund if it was within 90 days and I had the receipt. As luck would have it the generator did not perform up to the standards claimed. I attempted to return the generator and was charged a 20% restocking fee. I am very disappointed with the quality of the products and the service provided by the employees. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere...
