Hibbett — Local services in Cedar City

I went into Hibbett, to buy a specific pair of Nikes. I was there right as the guy opened the door. He did NOT greet me in anyway! He just walked backed to the back and disappeared. There was a lady behind the counter counting change. She never looked up. I went to the shoes, found the pair I was searching for, and waited and waited for some help. It never came. I sat there 11 minutes!! Finally, I thought why am I spending a 130 on a pair of shoes in a store that doesn’t even care about getting my business. I put the shoe back and left the store and went somewhere else! As I left the guy hadn’t reappeared and the lady was still counting. They have signage up that is false! I went in there to look around, and I noticed on the clearance sign it said additional 50% clearance. 50% off the lowest tagged price. That’s not how they’re doing it. They are only letting you have one item at 50% off and that’s the lowest marked item you chose off that rack. That’s not what the sign reads. I called corporate, and they don’t even know what they’re doing. The agent said “We’re trying to find a better way to word it, there’s been a lot of questions about that.” oh so until then you’re false advertising? Cool. I had such an amazing experience at Hibbett. Noah greeted me at the door and was so helpful in first recommending the right shoes for my needs and then bringing out all different styles and sizes for me to try. They didn't end up having the shoe I wanted in my size but I will go back just because of the costumer service. They carry a lot of high end brands at pretty comparable prices. They had Hoka, Brooks, Chacos, Nike, Adidas.... I was honestly so impressed with the selection. Definitely will go back and refer friends.
