If I could give zero stars I would I have been going to this particular beauty college for years and Yes I am particular and fussy However how I was treated today is absolutely on heard of!! I always have a picture as a reference as I did today to say that my hair was nowhere near what the picture looked like is an understatement not only that My hair was supposed to be highlighted chunky blonde I got very blended gray and my A-line haircut looked more like somebody put a bowl on my head and cut around it I asked for it to be fixed and Miss dirks the head honcho the school instructor said I don't know what you expect me to do with this hair You are never satisfied and then they demanded $140 for service didn't try to fix my haircut didn't try to fix the color and then I was gained up on by all three of the instructors Miss boldts, Miss bunns and Ms dirks I feel very assaulted both verbally and mentally and I would never ever step foot in this establishment ever again!! I literally left the establishment in tears and had to go downtown to jiva salon just to get a proper haircut I'm just wondering is this how these instructors teach their students to deal with unhappy customers What kind of customer service is this that we're teaching our younger...

Brought a friend in today for a consultation and a cut. Makayla was extremely helpful and made my friend feel comfortable with the whole process. They offered a procedure that would make her scalp and hair breathe better. The cut looks great and my friend is really pleased with the services received today. Mrs. Walters did a great at instructing the students step by step process on how to cut my hair. (Several students) She and Mrs Bolts were excellent at assisting student Camay to highlight my hair and she accepted instruction very well. Camay was able to perform most of the process with little instruction. Everyone was very friendly . I would recommend Coming to La James and Camay to others...
