Really enjoyed talking with Ron Culpepper Monday when discussing what we wanted. He was very helpful and set it up so we could see the furniture today (Tuesday). Went in today and Colby Pease was right there to show us the furniture and assisted us in looking at other furniture we are in the prospect of needing to buy. He assisted us with several possibilities. He is very knowledgeable about the furniture, wonderful and very pleasant to talk to, just presented things factual and with great willingness to help. Also Marisela Marez the office manager was so pleasant to deal with on the paperwork in explaing everything to us. This was overall a great experience to have dealt with such wonderful people and to have pruchased such beautiful furniture....

After waiting 4 weeks for a back ordered dining room set to be delivered, the very first item brought into the house had a cracked seat. Calling customer service to get information on when a replacement could be provided was futile. Based on this, I refused the delivery and cancelled the order. Now the interesting part, their processing of the credit to my credit card will take 5 to 7 days. Supposedly "Company Policy". Yet it didn't take them that long to charge my purchase. Buyer Beware: 1)Haverty's quality ins't that good. 2)They don't seem to have any quality control or pre-review of the product for delivery. 3)They have poor refund processing,especially on high...

I have been looking at a living room set for over a year now. I would go in every couple months or so just to look at it again. Alex was amazing! We have discussed many options, living room sets, rugs, accent chairs and so on. We have talked about our kids, dogs, business, etc. He is truly amazing all the way around. Yesterday, I went in ready to make my purchase and Alex had Noelle put my furniture together in a computer program so I could visualize what everything would look like.
