I arrived right before 4pm, but I wanted Dinner size. I paid Dinner prices & this is what I received for $8.50 - Dinner size. Another customer rushed in & ordered 2 Lunch Specials for $4.99 each & paid for it. Me & my family member received ourorderes & made the 20min drive back home. I took 3 bites of rice before I realized this is a Lunch serving. I called & was put on hold for the manager because the young lady who answered the phone couldn't help or relay my concerns correctly. The manager didn't get on the phone, instead relayed messages to her to tell me. I took the food back & was argued with that this is Dinner size, which the exact same amount I get for Lunch Special size. I'm not sure why being right was more important than being honest ir treating a customer right. I paid double for half. I'll order again just to prove/show you the difference so you can see the difference & check your food before you leave if you come during the "Size" change. Other than ordering again to prove a point, I won't be back. I don't want to argue over portion sizes nor my money being stolen. We're all human, they make mistakes also. The entree was gone in 5 bites, 7-8 pieces of broccoli & about 4...

I used to love this place. I honestly feel like I'm one of their biggest customers. I order here probably at least twice a week sometimes even three times lately. Something has been off my Singapore rice noodles were old and lacked flavor. Also, the sesame chicken has not been the same. The pieces of meat have not been good cuts of white meat. Seems like it's been rather old or re-cooked. The meat has been very dry and tough. I don't know if I'll be ordering again anytime soon. Seems like someone knew was in the kitchen or maybe they just stopped caring since I've ordered so much food from them.

Update: I would not recommend ordering here early in the day when they first open around 11 AM from my experience they are serving the food from the day before to get rid of it and then they prepare the fresh food once it's gone. Anytime I order at 11 AM. You would think that it's fresh for working people that are ordering their lunch but no, it's old, hard to chew meat and...

I came in on August 8, 2023 about 8:35pm. I placed a phone order around 8:15pm. I ordered chicken lo mein, vegetable lo mein and orange chicken with steamed rice. I paid $30+ plus dollars for this order. and when I get the order and come home and open my bag and container to find out they gave me raw spring rolls with chicken, chicken fried rice and dried orange chicken with fried rice and Rangoons.I am very disappointed with King China Express. Usually they are on point with their orders and food is never dry. I tried to call the store but apparently they were already closed. I see why now you have to check your food before you leave because the order isn't done right. of course my kids and I had to eat it because we had no choice but we didn't eat the spring rolls. It looked nasty. Tomorrow I am contacting them about my replacement we were not satisfied with this meal because this isnt...

Eat like a king here at king china express, named appropriately because we ate like royalty. Prices are really reasonable and portions were crazy big. Couple of the entrees came with rice and egg roll. Want it extra spicy? Just ask. The general tso was great. And we still have leftovers after seconds. Same with the house fried rice, orange chicken and pad Thai. Gave us extra sauce and the place was clean and the order was ready as I entered the place. Definitely will be back here. Finally found our goto place. Go and so will you.
